You’ll be just a 2 minute walk to 3 Mile Harbor where you can kayak around beautiful estuaries or go ashore at the sandy island just across the bay for a swim or sunbathing. You’re a 5 minute drive to Maidstone Beach/Park or swimming at Louse Point or Barnes Hole and a 10 minute drive to the shops, restaurants and waves at the beat beaches in East Hampton or Amagansett. Walk to get your morning coffee at S & S and then your evening. cocktail at Bostwicks where you will see the most glorious sunsets in the Hamptons! House is fully stocked with beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards and beach cruisers for a summer of fun.

The most perfect, relaxing Hamptons cottage

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Romi's property and it is exactly what we expected. The house itself is wonderfully decorated with so much character making you feel right at home and the yard is to die for. It was our little oasis for the week that we did not want to leave. While in the Springs and not in the heart of everything, it was exactly what we were looking for. Having Bostwicks at the end of the street was perfect and S&S Coffee Shop down the road became a morning staple that just added to our relaxation. But if you want to be in any of the villages, it's no more than a 15 min drive. Also, if bringing your furry friend it is perfect for dogs and I think out of all of us our dog enjoyed the house and yard the most! I would stay at Romi's place again in a heartbeat and recommend it to all my friends and family.

Our family (including our small dogs) thoroughly enjoyed our week at this charming East Hampton home. The house is centrally located -- within walking distance to the bay beaches and a 10 minute drive into town. The interior of the house is inviting and immaculate, and very tastefully decorated. The house is well stocked with all sorts of necessities, such as linens, beach towels, and high end bath products. The backyard is a plush oasis, with beautiful landscaping and comfortable seating. Romi, the owner of the home, is fully accessible at all times to answer any questions. We could not have been more pleased with our stay in this lovely home, and cannot wait to come back next summer.

Cozy Oasis

Had a wonderful stay at this warm & inviting home which was very comfortable and well appointed. Beautiful landscaping around a lovely patio and the perfect location for back road trips to East Hampton & Amagansett. Host and property manager extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

This is a very special house, tucked away on a quiet street in the Hamptons. Great style throughout and very a good use of space, the yard was also a big plus!Romi was fantastic to communicate with and made the experience seamless! I will be back

Lovely property, great vibe

My husband and I and our 2 adult daughters stayed here for a week in early September. We loved the location, a little off the beaten path but so close to everything. The house is a bit smaller than we envisioned, although very charming. The backyard is so gorgeous, beautifully landscaped and very private. The kitchen, although small, is very well stocked. Romi was readily available by phone. We would not hesitate to stay again.

What makes this property unique

A walk to S&S for the perfect cup of coffee in the am to a walk down the street and Bostwicks for the most beautiful sunsets every night! In between, an 8 minute drive into East Hampton, 10 minutes to the ocean beaches of East Hampton and Amagansett, easy access to Sag Harbor, the ferry to Shelter Island or the North Fork and an easy drive to the dunes of Montauk. It's a perfect spot to enjoy quiet days or nights or take a quick trip into town for amazing food and shopping.
