People were asking so thought I''d explain:
Some pictures are shared on the sites with our 2 homes as they are n the same property of 14 acres but not next to each other. Pictures are of common areas. You have a slide, fire pit, swing, horseshoe pit kayaks etc. in your backyard that are for your use only. The same man built the fire pits etc. which is why they appear to be the same, they are not and the ones on the site are the ones on that property. Hope this helps...


Easy Access to River ::: be careful, some homes have very steep banks down to river which require you to use 5-8 flights of stairs..

In summer months our home comes with:
4 kayaks
6 tubes
2 lounging raft
private slide into the river
horseshoe pit,
Swing by river
All in your back yard.
There is great fishing. We have 5-10 lb trout

Also includes all cleaning supplies, dish soap, paper towels, dish soap, electric dish soap, etc etc etc.
Just bring your clothes and food.
Gas Grill and some firewood for fire pit

The Garden Cottage rental on the River is a farmhouse style cottage is on 14 acres and is quiet w/ lots of wildlife.

Fireplace in Living room and Master Bedroom both are gas

Decorated in an old farmhouse style inside with boarded walls & high ceilings. French doors in every room open up to the huge porches .

There is a large flat rock to sit on in middle of river right in front of this cottage, perfect for lounging in the river.

Summer months in North Ga. Mountains are filled with family fun! So much to do at the cabin you may never leave. Snuggle in the hammock on the huge porches the river listen to the river. It has a large hot tub on screened in porch

We have tubes available from mid- May to end of September, unless weather or water temp permits it sooner or later.
Kayaks are out from mid March till end of October, unless weather and water temp do not permit.

Wildlife comes daily and you can watch the deer and wild turkey, bunnies etc in the backyard. The cottage's land is length-ways on the river so you have over 1000' on the river

We live on same street as rental and are “most” times HERE to help you in anyway we can.
We are not a management company like most rentals on this site, who just don't care about you or the property. We check our cottages often to keep them well maintained and our goal is for you to have a relaxing time during your stay.
