CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT RULES:

- Please provide a valid international phone number
- Check-in time must be agreed in advance
- Provide ID documents for all guests upon arrival
- Guest arrivals after 7:00 PM without prior notice will be considered no-show
- Early check-in: luggage drop-off allowed from 12:30 PM, while the Villa will be ready by 4:00 PM (only if arranged in advance)
- Late check-in: from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM only if arranged in advance, with a €50 surcharge
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
