3 bedroom holiday home with sauna

A holiday paradise to look forward to. A former farm that has been carefully renovated into a modern and very pleasant holiday home. Drinking your morning coffee with nature as your closest neighbor and listening to the beautiful song of the birds, what could be more relaxing? A built-up farm surrounded by beautiful, untouched nature. Nearby is the beautiful and fish-rich Lake Svarten. A short drive away is GekÅ's large shopping center. From the inner courtyard is the entrance to the main house and the small glass veranda. To the left is a spacious open kitchen with dining area. The kitchen has all the equipment and the old cast iron stove and oven have been preserved. Next to the entrance hall is the laundry room with washing machine, and a bathroom with shower. In the middle of the house is the living room with a large dining table under a beautiful crystal chandelier. Here is a sofa bed for two people and a preserved tiled stove that can be heated during the winter months. In the far part of the house there is a living room with comfortable sofas and a modern Apple TV. The house has broadband and free wifi. On the ground floor there is a larger bedroom with a double bed and a toilet next to it. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a smaller living room. One bedroom has a double bed and one has a wider single bed (120cm). In one of the side buildings there is a newly built sauna with a lovely view of the woodlands. There is also an outdoor shower here. At the sauna house you can enjoy the morning sun and on the spacious courtyard's outdoor furniture you will find peace and quiet. There is room for all the family's activities here. Other outbuildings are not included in the rental. The surrounding nature here is both forest and pastures. A small stream gurgles next to the house. The forest has a rich wildlife and don't be surprised if the occasional moose appears near your cottage. Quite close is the beautiful and fish-rich Lake Svarten. Boats and fishing licenses are available for rent nearby. The nearest swimming spot is at Hjärtaredssjön. A bit further away is Åkulla beech forests, a very attractive area. There are many nice places to visit and many hiking trails. Visit the Bockstensmannen grave and Bexel's talking stones. At Yasjön there is a restaurant and swimming spot and the possibility of renting a boat and canoe. In winter there are beautiful ski trails etc. The area also has Ästads winery and Öströös sheep farm, which offer a variety of activities. Next to Ullared's gigantic shopping center there is also a popular swimming lake with a jetty and diving tower. For those interested in golf, Hofgårds golf club is the closest.
