Charming Home with a Fantastic Location by Køge Marina The location could hardly be more stunning. The property is located only 30 meters from the marina with views of the yacht harbor, creating a wonderful maritime atmosphere. The south-facing courtyard is perfect for relaxing in the sun, and from the balcony you can fully enjoy the beautiful harbor view. On the opposite side of the home there is another private outdoor area, allowing you to enjoy outdoor living throughout the day. The beach is only 200 meters from the property, where swimming is possible from rocks, a bathing pier, or the sandy beach. A slipway for jet skis or boats is located just 100 meters from the apartment, making this an ideal location for water sports enthusiasts. The home is arranged over two floors, offering plenty of space for families or two groups of friends traveling together. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, bathroom, and two comfortable bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed. On the first floor, exposed wooden beams create a warm and cozy atmosphere. Here you will find a living room, another bedroom with a double bed, and an additional bathroom. The area offers many experiences right outside your door. Within seconds you can walk to several excellent restaurants, including Arken and Stacy’s. Just around the corner you will also find two popular ice cream shops. There are plenty of scenic walking and cycling paths, and Køge town center is only a short distance away. The historic and charming old town of Køge offers a wide variety of shops, cafés, cultural experiences, and a lively market every Saturday. At Køge Marina Harbor Bath, you can swim both in summer and winter, and with a day pass you can also enjoy the sauna. Only 200 meters from the property you will find Hotel Køge Søbad, where day passes are available for the spa, pools, and other facilities. The home has quick access to the motorway and good public transport connections to Køge. From there, it is easy to reach Copenhagen by S-train. For golf enthusiasts, there are two golf clubs nearby. Køge Swimming Center, with indoor water slides, is only 3 km from the property, and the popular Forest Tower (Skovtårnet) near Rønnede is also within a short driving distance.
