we are at the end of a mile long road . private . very quiet family area. beach steps from house, cape cod canal to right, full stocked kitchen. 3 sided huge deck, 2 new 40 inch flat screen tv s , high speed wifi. house overlooks cape cod bay. ships go right by. 2 baths , top floor has a whirlpool bath, 5 beach chairs great of knotty pine woodwork a true cape cod look . a comfortable home not a cottage.
