It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. An open plan living room with a high quality fitted kitchen, dining area. The bright colors and large windows give the apartment a lot of light. There is a terrace overlooking the communal pool.Barbecue area with outdoor furniture. Community play area and garden.We rent the entire property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.It is a quiet area located in the heart of Illetes, near the promenade, the Marivent palace, near the Cala Nova yacht club, etc.
