Beautiful and luxurious villa with pool 5 minutes from the beach of Portals

Villa that has a large living room - dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Both connect directly with a large porch, large pool and BBQ. On the first floor are 3 large bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. On the next floor there are two other large bedrooms and a full bathroom. Both have access to a private terrace. Garage for two large cars.
The villa is located ten minutes from Palma in the heart of Bendinat Golf and a few minutes from the exclusive Puerto Portals.

Great stay!

Leen was very helpful and the house is stunning. We did not want to leave! Close to the beautiful portals nous beach, supermarket, and plenty of restaurants etc. The pool is great as well!

Stunning Villa

This is a beautiful villa in a quiet location only a short drive from beaches and only 15 mins from Palma. Our lovely host, Leen, met us on arrival and gave a comprehensive hand over. The villa is incredibly well equipped and we had a very relaxing two weeks there.

Dream villa

The villa is in a superb location, 15 mins from the airport and Palma. Amazing views of the golf course and in a very nice quiet residential area. We were here for my sons’s wedding and the location made it easy for commute as we welcomed family and friends. The villa itself was amazing, absolutely spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Leen was always responsive and takes extreme pride in offering a superb service.

Family holiday to celebrate mother’s 80th birthday with 3 generations staying for various lengths of time. Villa was perfect for this as very spacious and excellent outdoor area for eating, swimming and relaxing. Easy access from airport, into Palma and to Portals. Leen, was very helpful at all stages and generously had a birthday welcome basket of goodies waiting for the birthday girl when we arrived.

We stayed here 10 nights and it was just perfect. Close enough to Palma and the beaches yet whisper quiet. You do need a car. Villa is just as shown in photos and in excellent condition. Leen was very helpful and friendly. Towels were changed mid week but would have been nice to have a sheet change when staying over 1 week. Would definitely recommend

Lovely spot to enjoy!

All was great and we all had a wonderful time! The home was clean and as listed so no I wanted surprises which was wonderful. The only thing I would say is that the internet wasn’t the best, but they do have it. I depended where you were in the house or outside. The TVs didn’t seem to have channels to watch really but in fairness it may have been us that couldn’t figure it out. Over all a well enjoyable place to have a vacation!

Nice appointed and clean property in Bendinat

The apartment is spotless. Well appointed and easy for a family to enjoy. Plenty of amenities that we didn’t use like the outdoor grille which looked great. The washer and dryer are outdoors which is a bit inconvenient. The neighborhood was the biggest detractor. The golf club has an abandoned gatehouse with broken windows when you drive into the community. The golf course itself appears to have closed and the club house is in disrepair. The house doesn’t have a permit for its driveway (the police consider it illegal), so on 2 occasions someone just parked in front of the house and blocked the driveway. When we really needed to leave for an excursion I had to locate the registration of the car and have the leasing company contact the driver who came to move it 45 minutes later. He was well aware he could legally block the driveway and did not care - not an individual with any class. Would advise the owner to properly permit their driveway to avoid this.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Erwachsenen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, die Einrichtung sehr schön und gut ausgestattet (insb. auch die Küche, wenn man selber kochen möchte). Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut - Einkaufen, Badebuchten, schöne Restaurants, Tennis oder Golf - alles in wenigen Minuten (Auto) erreichbar. Leen ist eine aufmerksame und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin.

Relaxing und …. einfach schön

Tolle Lage, Tolles Haus, Tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist super gepflegt, es ist alles vorhanden und man ist schnell in Palma, Andratx, oder Puigpunient. Wir waren zu Siebt, jeder hatte ein tolles Schlafzimmer und die Abende am Pool waren einfach herrlich.
