Large modern air conditioned villa which boasts all modern convenience. It sleeps 8
4 bedrooms have their own ensuite shower rooms , 2 more bedrooms share the other bathroom with a separate shower. Master suite with large bathroom and walk in closet. There is also a guest toilet.

The villa has a large garden with a 8 x 5 meter salt water pool . There is a large decked area around the pool with plenty of sun beds and seating to chill out.

It also has a BBQ for al fresco dining, 2 additional terraces, and a roof top area (accessed through the master bedroom) with private cabana. There is also a basement area with a table tennis. The villa is accessed through a private gate and the driveway has ample secure parking.

The villa's location is perfect as it is 3 mins by car to the beach, Portals Marina, Marine Land, and Portals Village. It is also 5 mins to Palma Nova, 10 mins to Palma Town center, and 20 mins from the Palma Airport. There are a number of golf courses 5 mins away and a paddle tennis and gym 2 mins away.

Amazing stay

The Villa was wonderful, had absolutely everything you need and set in a great location. Sonia the host is very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here. Only negative is I wish we had have stayed longer - it was amazing!

WONDERFUL

What a wonderful place - great location for getting cabs to Palma but also walkable to Puerto Portals. Pool area is fab, and it's a great villa for a group of friends. The host Sonia was very helpful too, would highly recommend.

Lovely villa, with a beautiful pool

The villa is exactly as described and the outside pool area is perfect for friends and family to cool off. Sonia is a lovely host who is always available and deals with everything immediately. We had a very restful week with our family and would recommend it to others

Wonderful stay

We stayed at Sonia's beautiful villa for a week with our family. The villa was exactly as advertised, spotlessly clean, well equipped and Sonia was incredibly helpful before and during our stay. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you so much Sonia!

Wonderful stay in Costa den Blanes

This property is exactly as it appears in the photos. The villa suited our family group perfectly and we found it to be comfortable, extremely well equipped and maintained. Sonia and Tony, our hosts, were exceptionally helpful and did so much to make our stay relaxed and enjoyable, they always replied to emails or calls promptly and gave us lots of helpful information. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough.

A Beautiful Home & Amazing Stay- Thank you Sonia!

Sonia's home is an amazing place to stay if visiting Palma. It is in a great location, the home is beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with all the necessities. Sonia is a caring host who gave us a detailed walk through of the property upon check in and answered messages immediately when we had a question. Fab villa and host!

We had a great stay in Villa Mimma! Sonia was the perfect host. The villa is beautiful and a great place to stay. We didn't get a car, possibly could have done with one as taxis were not always easy to get and Uber does not appear to be established outside of Palma. Although possibility of walking just maybe not in the heat. We would stay again!

Fantastic Villa with everything you need

This villa was ideal for our large family. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and was well designed and thought out. As were all the rooms in this spacious modern beautiful home. The location was superb close to the port although we got a taxi home because of the hills but the perfect holiday home and we will be going back. The owner was lovely the contact was brilliant with her and we cannot fault the service she gave us making this a perfect holiday.

Great stay

Beautiful villa, photos don’t do it justice, very spacious, very clean, shower in the master bedroom is amazing and bathroom is huge with loads of wardrobe space. Secure (CCTV on the outside, metal gates) and has an easy to use safe. It’s ten mins walk to to the nearest shop, 15/20 mins walk to the port and restaurants down there. Peaceful, quiet area. Pool is cleaned every week and was in good condition. Loads of cutlery and pots and pans etc. Sonia was very helpful and replied quickly whenever I needed to speak to her. Only slight negative is it’s a bit musty in the downstairs rooms. Overall, a great stay with friends.

Ojo con el propietario.

La casa es una pasada, lástima que el arrendatario no respete tu intimidad como huésped y se te cuele dentro de la casa sin avisar dos días de los tres que pasamos, la limpieza deja mucho que desear ya que nos encontramos alrededor de diez cucarachas y tres toalla estaban sucias. La casa está muy bien y merece la pena disfrutar de ella pero no recomiendo su alquiler ya que despues te pide casi 1000 euros por daños cuando no se ha roto nada en la vivienda.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in diesem Haus! Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist modern und bietet alles, was man so braucht. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Highlight ist natürlich der sehr schöne Pool! Wir hatten schöne und erholsame Tage und schließen definitiv nicht aus, noch einmal wiederzukommen! Danke!

Fantastic location and welcoming hosts

The villa was even better than we expected and the location was perfect. It was a short stroll to Porta Portals and an east journey to Palma. The hosts were fantastic and the villa catered to all of our needs. We had a great time!

Schönes Haus, aber bisschen überteuert.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da wir uns in der Gegend gut auskennen wussten wir, dass es eine top Lage ist. Man erreicht fast alles in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Zum Haus: leider war es bei unserer Ankunft wirklich sehr dreckig, sodass wir uns um eine eigene Putzfrau kümmern mussten. Und was uns (beide über 1.80) überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, ist, dass es leider kein Bett gab, welche Größe als 1.60*2.00m war, selbst im „master bedroom“. Das Haus an sich war gepflegt, außer, aber schon bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool und Außenbereich war ganz toll und es gab auch genug Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten auf jeden Fall eine schöne Zeit, aber wie schon in der Überschrift erwähnt, ist es ein bisschen überteuert, was aber auch der Situation geschuldet war. Da wir die negativen Punkte dem Mieter mitgeteilt haben, glaube ich schon, dass er diese ändern wird und dann kann ich das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Aufenthalt Juli 2021

Holidays with friends

Our contact person was Tony. He was very direct and also made it clear that if something were to break, we had to pay for it. However, he was very helpful and courteous. If there was any problem, Tony was in the next 10 minutes in our villa. The villa was clean and tidy when we arrived. The pictures promise what you expect and even more. The only thing to complain about was the pool light, which was switched off at 10 o'clock in the evening and that the air conditioning had partially not worked. Neverthless the villa was great and we had a good neighborhood, with a litte walk distance to the next beach in Marina.

Sadly not what we expected

Both Sonia and Tony are very welcoming as Villa owners, however the photos of the villa do not portray the current condition. The Villa itself needs a deep clean, ie furniture, blinds and money invested back into purchasing items such as new BBQ, garden parasols etc. Decking definitely needs varnishing. Dead plants upon arrival need removing and jet washing the driveway would give a better first impression. For a VIlla of this expense I expected a clean blank canvas when we arrived not kitchen drawers which need cleaning and sorting and dusty blinds, dirty windows. We did request a 2nd clean, which Tony kindly arranged however this is not what I wanted to be dealing with in the current climate and unfortunately it couldn’t be a deep clean to bring it up to a good standard at that point.
