Beautiful completely renovated Mediterranean villa in Portals Nous, near the sea, the beach and Puerto Portals. Heating and air conditioning. Very sunny pool with sun loungers, several terraces and a beautiful garden to relax. House very well located near restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with appliances, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Perfect choice for your holidays in Mallorca with family or friends.
The house consists of 260m2 of living space, is surrounded by a landscaped and terraced garden of 850m2 with an attractive variety of fruit trees, Mediterranean plants and palm trees.
The garden terraces and pool area offer many areas to sit and relax and a beautiful pergola if you wish to enjoy meals in the shade.

The property is located a ten minute walk from the beach and just a 5 minute drive from the nearest golf course. A few minutes away you will find a supermarket, restaurants, bars and shops, as well as the port. You can also find numerous companies with activities for the family and a water park just 10 minutes away by car or bus. If you want a great family holiday in Majorca, this holiday home will be perfect for you.

Fantastic Villa

VILLA MARPESSA is one of the best villa's we have ever stayed in. The owners have thought of everything so our stay was fantastic. It's location is great for the beach, restaurants and shops. Stefan, from the management company was so helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely go back.
