Beautiful Villa

We stayed at this villa for 3 nights, it was beautiful the rooms were spacious and the view was amazing. The airport is only a 10/15 minute drive and the shops and beach are a 5 minute walk away. The owner was very helpful. I would definitely go back there again.

Great property in a wonderful setting

This house is on the waterfront with wonderful views of Palma and around the bay of Playa de Palma. Convenient for shops and restaurants yet in a quiet residential area. Facilities in the house were good with everything we needed to cater for children and adults. We would definitely recommend for a large group

We spend there one week in summer, and there is not much to say. This Villa is just breathtaking as you can see on those pictures. All rooms are lovingly decorated, we missed nothing and the view is the best you can have in Llucmajor, just a dream! Our contact person Trinidad and the owner were both very very nice and friendly persons. We felt very comfortable an there is no reason why we should not go there again. Thank you for these wounderful holidays, thank you for everything in the name of all, we hope to see you again soon!

Extended family holiday of 3 generations from age 13 to 70

Excellent location with an outstanding view across Palma Bay. The direct access to the sea was a lovely feature that we all enjoyed. All amenities are within a 10 minute walk. The villa was beautiful and very authentically Spanish, yet a little too rustic in the kitchen for us. We spent almost all of our time outside by the pool and on the garden terrace looking over the bay. There were three zones of seating/dining. A suggestion would be to update the two sets of lounge seating on the garden terrace.

Perfect location, amazing view and great villa

We stayed in this villa for 7 nights and Trinidad, a very kind and helpful woman, guided us when we arrived. To start; this villa is perfect. The garden is big enough to relax with 12 persons and it includes a pool, an outdoor kitchen, a lounge set and a diner set for 12p. It is directly located to the sea, which provides a stunnig view and it is possible to dive in the sea by taking the stairs. (no beach directly, just rocks) The inside of the house is fine, spacious living room/ kitchen and 6 bedrooms each with private bathroom. If you want to go to the beach, to have a diner or go out at the boulevard it is just a 5 minutes walk. In overall; we had a very nice week in this great villa!

Breathtaking sunsets

Breathtaking View We spend a week in this fantastic house. Travelling with groups of 10 to 16 people we rented quiet a few big hosues on mallorca and ibiza. I must admit that my first impression of the house, when looking at the pictures in internet, was: "Well, it is ok. We can`t expext more for this price." When we first entered the big terrace in real, we all were very impressed by the oustanding view ot the bay of palma. We always rent houses on first line to the water, but we have never been so close to the water as in this house. It is only 2 meters from the garden. You can go for a swim throu a gate. There are rocks however and you would need some kind of footwear, or you can walk 200 Meteres to a sandy beach. We have been sceptical as to the location of the house, beeing so close to El Arenal. But we found the location absolutely perfect. No noise or any disturbances from nearby Arenal, but very convenient for shopping and restaurants. The Area (Son Veri) around the house is frequentet by locals. The restaurants are great and the prices are very reasonable. The house is decorated in a traditional style, everything is in a good condition and clean. The bedrooms are all big enough for comfortely accomadating two people, with huge build in wardrobes. You could easily fit in all clothes for 4 weeks. The kitchen is absolutely great with a huge gas oven. So preparing a three course meal for 12 people is no problem at all. The best thing about the house is the terrace. Aproximately 100 Squaremeter big and fully protected by a roof, it is the perfect place for enyoing the great views this house offers and for watching the sunset. We could really highly recommend this place. For 12 people it is an unbelievable great value for money. Rainer

We had a truly wonderful stay!The accommodation was excellent in every aspect.The location is perfect – მშვიდ and well-connected at the same time. The pool and outdoor area are beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The interior was also very impressive: everything is stylishly designed and in great condition.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained – you can really tell that great care is taken to ensure high quality.Overall, everything was just perfect. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

Das herausragende ist die phantastische Lage

Neben der tollen Lage ist vor allem die Betreuung vor Ort von den Damen Trinidad und Sabine ganz hervorragend gewesen. Die Villa ist toll, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das ist besonders in der Küche zu spüren aber auch bei der Tür zur Straße, die nicht abzuschließen ist. Besonders auch der Pool war besonders beliebt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa.

Familienurlaub

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub in der Villa Kamok in Son Veri Nou auf Mallorca verbracht und waren absolut begeistert. Die Villa bietet alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünscht. Absolute Ruhe und verschiedene Ecken zum Entspannen – sei es auf der Terrasse, im Garten oder am Pool. Perfekt für Großeltern, Eltern und Enkelkinder. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Kamok ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Wir können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wunderbarer Ausblick und schöne Villa

Schöner Urlaub

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Es war Sauber, die Lage war super. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben nur eine Kleinigkeit. Der Strom wird extra berechnet, was in Ordnung ist, aber eine kleine Info im Inserat wäre nicht schlecht. Dennoch. Gerne wieder. ;)

Ein Traum

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Finca. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Lage ist ideal um schnell in die Stadt zu gehen und das einkaufen war auch sehr einfach da der nächste Markt nur 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Vielen Dank auch an Trinidad die uns sehr gut geholfen und beraten hat. Das war nicht der letzte Urlaub in der Finca.

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Urlaub in der Villa und kommen in jedem Fall wieder! Die Lage der Villa ist der Hammer. Der Pool, der eigene Zugang zum Meer...was will man mehr. Die eigene Fritteuse in der Küche setzt dem ganzen die Krone auf ;)

Traumhafter Blick

Erstmal ist die Lage der Finca hervorragend mit dem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Dennis ist sehr bemüht, als unsere Klimaanlage defekt war, gab es gleich ein neues Gerät. Die Inneinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber es funktioniert alles. Preis-Leistung ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir haben uns während der gesamten Zeit sehr gut betreut gefühlt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Trinidad haben wir erst am letzten Tag persönlich kennengelernt, aber die Begegnung war sehr herzlich. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub!

Atemberaubender Blick auf's Meer!! Eine unbeschreiblich schöne Finca die die Entspannungsphase nahe zu sofort einsetzen lässt. Anstoß gibt hier nicht nur der Ausblick, sonder auch die schönen geräumigen Zimmer / Wohnzimmer / Küche etc. Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterstützung durch die Besitzer / Verwalter und danke, dass wir da sein durften .... wir sehen uns wieder. Tolle Finca in Toplage

Die Villa Kamok liegt in Toplage direkt am Yachthafen von El Arenal - ruhig und dennoch zentral. Alle 6 Schlafzimmer haben ein Bad en Suite. Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer bieten genug Platz für 12 Personen. Klasse sind die große Terrasse und der Pool und bieten einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer und die gesamte Bucht. Schön auch die Außenküche mit Grill und Kuhlschrank.

A faire et refaire

Magnifique villa avec une vue splendide sur la mer ( photos tout à fait conformes). Équipement top Grand piscine bien entretenue avec transats A 15 min de l aéroport en voiture. Sur place la voiture n est pas nécessaire : magasins restaurants et plage à 5 min à pied ( et même accès privé depuis la maison si la mer n est pas trop déchaînée. Communication avec la gérante top. Temps au mois de mai exceptionnel ( nous avons pu nous baigner dans la piscine et dans la mer)
