The house has 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, a perfect combination to accommodate up to 12 guests with enough space, independence, and comfort. This layout makes it especially practical for large groups or multiple families traveling together.

All bookings include, free of charge, all water consumption, €50 of electricity per booking, and in winter season and if available, €50 of non-electric consumption (heating by diesel, gas, or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters accessible and verifiable by guests. The price for additional consumption is €0.35/kWh.



This house has heating throughout the property. It does not have air conditioning, so the necessary fans will be provided to guests.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (including 10% VAT). Children under 16 are exempt from this tax.

Die Lage der Villa ist traumhaft. Die Terrasse ist toll, der Pool ist hervorragend. Wir fühlen uns runterherum wohl und kommen gerne im nächsten bzw. übernächsten Jahr wieder. Der Service klappt einwandfrei, die Mitarbeiter kümmern sich schnell jedes Anliegen. Eine ordentlich laufende Kaffeemaschine🤪 für 10 Personen.

Die Villa Tossals ist eine sehr schöne Villa

Die Villa Tossals ist eine sehr schöne Villa. Der Strand ist sehr nah und auch die Partymeile ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. An der Ecke ist ein kleiner Sparmarkt, wo wir jeden Morgen frische Brötchen kaufen konnten und ein großer Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.Der Service ist einwandfrei, kleine Mängel wurden sofort beseitigt und wir hatten sehr netten Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir haben den privaten Transfer genutzt, den der Vermieter anbietet, das hat toll funktioniert. Die Nachbarn waren etwas ungehalten, obwohl wir wirklich keine Party veranstaltet haben in der Villa und auch nicht sonderlich laut waren haben sie sich beschwert und wollten die Polizei rufen. Das war echt unnötig.Wir werden trotzdem diese Villa nochmal buchen, weil wir sie so schön fanden und sie ist wirklich empfehlen. -

Sehr schönes Haus mit privatem Pool.

Das Haus besitzt alles was man benötigt, es ist auch ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Die vielen Badezimmer sind auch ein großer Vorteil. Einziges Manko die Betten im Haus sind sehr schlecht. Wenn man Morgens wach wird hat man das Gefühl man liegt auf dem Boden, weil man über Nacht sehr tief einsinkt. Ich freu mich schon auf mein Bett. Man ist in 5min am Meer oder im Megapark. In direkter Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt der aber sehr teuer ist. In ca. 500m ist ein spanischer Supermarkt der günstige ist und alles im Angebot hat. -

ein sehr schönes Objekt in Super Lage zur Playa. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Tage gekommen und nicht sonderlich modern. Der Pool und Außenbereich sind super gepflegt und Sauber.

Prima villa maar niet voor ons.

Opzich een prima villa, bij aankomst zag alles er best goed uit wel wat gedateerd maar dit zie je ook op de foto’s. Meer dan genoeg ruimte prima slaapkamers en genoeg badkamers.. Tot dat ‘s avonds de politie aan de deur stond omdat de buurman had geklaagt voor overlast. 2 boetes ontvangen 1 voor overlast en 1 voor covid-19. We waren met teveel mensen. Achteraf hebben we gehoord dat deze buurman dit elke week bij iedere groep doet die naar Mallorca komt voor een feestje. Boek deze villa dus niet als je gezellig een muziekje via je bluetooth speaker wil draaien en het gezellig wilt hebben met vrienden! Daarnaast beschikt de villa niet over een airco, staat ook niet aangegeven maar anno 2020 en voor het bedrag dat we betaald hebben verwacht je dit wel. Dan nog de badkamers, heel fijn dat we er genoeg hadden maar de helft van de tijd zaten we zonder water of met een erg lage waterdruk. Fijn douche zat er dus ook niet in. Conclusie: zonder deze zeikerige buurman en met airco en wat water zou dit een top villa zijn op een super locatie dicht bij de strip (achter mega park).

Haus direkt am Ballermann ohne Parties, Sauberkeit und mit einem nervigen Nachbarn

Das Inserat war überzeugend. Ausgeschrieben als Villa direkt am Ballermann und am Strand für 10 Personen war genau das, was gesucht wurde. Die Fotos zeigten ein Sauberes und gut erhaltenes Haus. Leider war die Wahrheit etwas anders. Nicht wie im Angebot beschrieben, war keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, was den Schlaf bei mindestens 20 Grad sehr erschwerte. Als wir ankamen, war der Pool total verschmutzt und die eine Toilette hatte noch Urinspuren des vorherigen Mieters drauf. Obwohl das Haus direkt am Ballermann und somit an einem sehr Lauten Ort liegt, hatten wir täglich Probleme mit dem Nachbarn der Villa wegen unserer Lautstärke, die nun einfach mal entsteht, wenn man zu 10. in der selben Villa lebt. Das Trinkwasser, welches im Hause zur Verfügung gestanden ist, wurde einem nach der Abreise noch zusätzlich verrechnet, obwohl davon nie die Rede war. Auf der Spitze des Eisberges, fanden wir Insekten in den Kückenutensilien. Als wir am Ersten Tag Nudeln auf dem Herd kochten, fanden sich kurze Zeit später Käfer im Nudelwasser. Auch nachdem wir dieses ausgeleert und mit neuen Nudeln und neuem Wasser ersetzten, fanden wir kurze Zeit später erneut Käfer darin. Ab diesem Tag kochten wir nicht mehr in der Villa. Grundsätzlich wäre es ein sehr tolles Haus, welches jedoch besser Instand gehalten werden sollte.

Были с друзьями в первый раз на Балеарских островах, отдыхали во второй декаде октября. Очень хорошая вилла с удобным расположением -5 минут пешком до моря-, рядом транспорт в Пальму, не плохие рестораны и супермаркет в шаговой доступности. Важно отметить, что лучше виллу с 6-ю спальнями с таким расположением, скорее всего не найти. Отличная территория виллы, красивые сосны, пальмы. Можно найти и тень и место чтобы позагарать. Номера удобные только чтобы поспать -именно для сна, а не для чего-то другого-. Немножко жаль, что вода в бассейне в это время года уже была прохладная для купания, но море было теплым и ласковым. В целом нам всё понравилось -

Были с друзьями в первый раз на Балеарских островах, отдыхали во второй декаде октября. Очень хорошая вилла с удобным расположением 5 минут пешком до моря, рядом транспорт в Пальму, не плохие рестораны и супермаркет в шаговой доступности. Важно отметить, что лучше виллу с 6-ю спальнями с таким расположением, скорее всего не найти. Отличная территория виллы, красивые сосны, пальмы. Можно найти и тень и место чтобы позагарать. Zum zweiten mal

Wir waren jetzt das zweite mal in der Villa. Die Lage ist für uns eigentlich ideal. Kurze Wege zum Supermarkt, Megapark und Bierkönig. Letztes Jahr habe ich in meiner Bewertung die Betten kritisiert. Man hat darauf Reagiert und etwas verändert. Die Betten waren dieses Jahr deutlich besser. Dafür schon einmal . Verbesserungsbedürftig ist der Gartenbereich der letztes Jahr deutlich schöner gestaltet war. Dieses Jahr war ein Teil des Gartens mit einer provisorischen Absperrung aus Flatterband abgetrennt. Zusätzlich gab es zwei alte durchnässte verschimmelte Rattanliegen im Garten wo man sich nichtd rauflegen konnte. Die normalen Sonnenliegen aus Kunststoff sind auch in die Jahre gekommen und könnten getauscht werden. Und die Unterkunft wird jetzt leider jedes Jahr deutlich teurer. Wir überlegen uns gerade ob wir uns das in 2020 überhaupt noch einmal leisten wollen.
