The house has 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, a perfect combination to accommodate up to 12 guests with enough space, independence, and comfort. This layout makes it especially practical for large groups or multiple families traveling together.

All bookings include, free of charge, all water consumption, €50 of electricity per booking, and in winter season and if available, €50 of non-electric consumption (heating by diesel, gas, or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters accessible and verifiable by guests. The price for additional consumption is €0.35/kWh.



This house has heating throughout the property. It does not have air conditioning, so the necessary fans will be provided to guests.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (including 10% VAT). Children under 16 are exempt from this tax.



All bed linen, a set of bath towels, and beach towels are provided for each guest.



Please note that this villa is located in a residential area, and guests must respect the neighbors' rest. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbances. Parties and loudspeakers are strictly prohibited.
