Outside the house there is a large swimming pool with sun loungers in the garden area to enjoy the sun, as well as an outdoor dining area where you can relax and cook a good barbecue.Inside we find a large and bright living room, with fireplace and comfortable couches, surrounded by a delicate decoration where you can watch television or just spend time in the company of a good book. Next to the dining room there is a large fully equipped kitchen at your disposal.The 6 bedrooms and 5 complete bathrooms allow 12 guests to stay in total comfort. This villa has specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles. A complete mechanical workshop is at your disposal.Public transport: less than 200 metres away you will find the following regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB.
