Super schönes Haus

Wir waren für 4 Tage in diesem tollen Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Tolle Ausstattung, toller Pool, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mehrere Möglichkeiten die Sonne zu genießen: die Morgensonne, tagsüber am Pool, die Abendsonne auf der vorderen Terrasse. Man hört gelegentlich den Fluglärm bzw. die Autobahn, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Nachts war es ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand in der Nähe, fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Zur Partymeile läuft man ca. 25min, wer es braucht. Wir können diese Unterkunft unbedingt empfehlen. Die Vermieterin Catalina war sehr nett und hat uns sogar vor 15h in Haus gelassen, dass ist nicht selbstverständlich. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

Urlaub in Stadthaus Can pastilla

Einfach traumhaft, Meer fast direkt vor der Haustür, einkaufen vor der Tür ! Taxen , Busse alles an fahrbarem Untersatz zu bekommen! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder in dieses schöne Haus.

Tolles Haus zum wohlfühlen

Sehr schönes Haus mit netter überdachter Terrasse und Pool. Zum Strand braucht man etwa 5- 10 min. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen großen Supermarkt/ Mercadona.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt . Nette Vermieterin.

sehr schönes Haus, geeignet für Familie und Freunde

Ein sehr ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus in Can Pastilla, nur wenig Gehminuten zum Playa de Palma. Eine kleine Bimmelbahn bringt Gäste direkt in die Feierregionen von El Arenal. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, Pool hat eine gute Größe und wurde oft genutzt. Die Dachterrasse gibt einen perfekten Überblick über die Umgebung. Klima ist selbstverständlich vorhanden, Gasgrill ebenso. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke auch an die freundlichen Gastgeber, perfekt.

Schön, komfortabel und gut gelegen

Villa Isabel ist ein Reihenhausabschnitt, der von der Straße aus einen ordentlichen, aber nicht allzu schönen Eindruck macht. Auch die Nachbarschaft sieht nicht besonders chic aus. Jedoch ist nur etwa 100m entfernt ein günstiger und gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt und auch die Strandpromenade ist in 5 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Von innen bietet das Haus 3 Schalfzimmer, jeweils mit Doppelbetten, 2 vollwertige Badezimmer und eine Art Gäste-WC im Erdgeschoss, alles schön und gepflegt. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Fernseher und BluRay-Player gut ausgestattet, auch WLAN ist verfügbar. In der Küche hatten wir mit den vorhandenen Utensilien etwas Schwierigkeiten, tatsächlich für 6 Personen zu kochen, sind aber letztendlich auch zurechtgekommen. In jedem Fall sind alle Geräte modern und funktional. Weiterhin gibt es einen kleinen Garten mit Gasgrill und Sitzgelegenheiten sowie eine Dachterasse mit Liegestühlen. Insgesamt kann ich von dem Haus fast nur positives berichten und würde es für einen weiteren Urlaub am Playa de Palma definitiv wieder in Betracht ziehen.
