This is a beautiful luxury Villa on Son Gual , only to 15 minutes to Palma. It has a private pool 14 metres long x 7metres large and a big BBQ. With a park with swings for children. Big gym with jacuzzi for 4 people. Large games room with pool table, foosball, ping pong, darts and various board games. Internet Wifi. A short walk from the Golf Course ' Son Gual ' 500 . At the entry and the interior is decorated with supreme furniture and original paintings. This is a magnificent New Villa, built in Great Style, with 9.000m of field, and 3.000m private gardens, in a nice area of Mallorca. Ideal for a comfortable relaxing holiday with family and friends. Lounge has a large flat screen TV, satellite TV and DVD. This elegant villa has 450 m² built . Consists of basement, ground floor and first floor. Addition is 44 m². of covered terraces and 160 meters terraces discovered, all built on a landscaped plot of 3000 m². Air conditioning in all bedrooms and rooms, underfloor heating throughout the house, with the inverter heaters for cooler months. Fitness centre with spa for 4 people, 4 car parking, Italian porcelain floors...

Outstanding villa great location

This was our first family villa rental and it did not disappoint us our ages were 4years to 66 years and there was something for all the views were excellent the brochure pictures dont tell the whole story you need to see this villa with your own eyes we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again

Wonderful place to stay!

We spent a wonderful week in Son Gual. This villa really offers everything you need to have a perfect vacation! The house was furnished very nicely and large enough for our group of nine. The infinity pool and the view from terrace were simply amazing. We cannot wait to return next year! :-) Thanks again to Petra and her family for making us feel at home right away!

We had a lovely stay, the pictures don’t do it justice. The views out the back of the airport were beautiful and were an addition to our stay rather than a distraction. Once the area gets fully developed and local amenities grow, it will be the perfect holiday location!

The Villa is located in a nice residential area, in an area outside of mass tourism, but only 10 minutes by car from the first restaurants, villages with supermarkets, just 20 minutes from the center of Palma and the first beaches . One of the attractions of the Villa is the place where it is located, without overcrowding, since it is not a town or city, the area cannot develop or grow the local offer. Son Gual Family Holiday

Absolutely fantastic villa, the photos really do not do it justice. A completely relaxing stay - and easily accommodates 10 persons. Ideal for all ages with lots to do with all the activities available. Views are superb. Hosts went above and beyond for a few requests we had. The villa was well equipped for all ages.

Wonderful family holiday!

We were a family of three generations when we stayed at the villa. We had everything we needed, and more! The facilities are fantastic and of a very high standard. The pool and gardens are very special and the views, especially at sunset are spectacular! Humi, Petra and their family made us very welcome and were always on hand when needed. We all enjoyed an unforgettable holiday and can’t wait to return!

Absolutely Perfect

The property takes your breath away. The pictures on the listing are good, but in reality the property is simply stunning. Everything has been thought of. Every one of our guests were in love with the house and were sad to leave. Petra and Humi were great. Golf course 15 mins walk away does amazing food and staff are really nice too!

Family holiday in May 2023

The photos on website looked absolutely wonderful but when we arrived at the beautiful villa, it exceeded all of our expectations. Petra had provided us with food and drink for dinner and breakfast, as we had arrived at villa quite late, which was extremely kind of her. Any contact we made with Humi during our stay was answered immediately. We had 3 generations of our family staying at the villa and everyone has a truly fantastic time

Wonderful villa

We had a great family holiday at this beautiful villa. It was so well equipped and everyone from age 6 to 66 found something to keep us occupied. No one had to fight for the best bedroom as they were all lovely and everything was in tip top condition. The garden and pool were Immaculate and the view to was amazing, it was great watching the planes taking off and landing and at no time were they ever a problem. Humi was delightful and so welcoming it was a pleasure to stay in her beautiful house.

Son Gual Villa

A well designed/planned house, everything in the right place, lots of room, airy - little need to run AC except to cool bedrooms before bed. A partly stocked larder was helpful, plenty of kitchen consumables - bin bags, cling film, foil etc. Fantastic views and facilities, very quiet. Because its so quiet, one could sometimes hear plane noise, but actually a minor nuisance in comparison. Overall impression is the property provides excellent accommodation.

An amazing place to stay!

We were met at the Villa by the owner, who walked us through the house and grounds and explained how everything worked and what facilities were available. The Villa was really well equipped, very clean and decorated beautifully. We had a very comfortable stay and the house and grounds were serviced in the middle of our two week holiday. The outdoor space was very useable and spacious, with shaded areas and plenty of seating/loungers. Pool was lovely. Easily accommodated all 10 people. The location was a little remote, so was quiet (which was a plus) but meant that we travelled out each day for shopping / restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend own transport if staying there. All in all, a peaceful and relaxing stay in a wonderful home and gardens - would highly recommend!

STUNNING 5* Family villa

Just returned from our wonderful holiday in this fabulous villa. We are two families holidaying together with x4 adults and x5 children aged between 5 -15. We were completely blown away with this fabulous villa and the facilities it offers, we all thoroughly enjoyed and made use of the awesome games room in the basement with table tennis, pool table football & darts, which now my son is a fan of! The views from the poolside were breathtaking with wonderful sunsets over the mountains. A car is a necessity as the villa is quite isolated about 25 minute drive to Palma which is a great city to explore with some great tapas! All in all a beautiful luxury villa with all the facilities you need for a fabulous holiday in Majorca. Wie will be back!

Absolutely fantastic

We are a family of five, children aged 20, 17 and 8 and this villa kept all three of them very happy and busy. The house is very luxurious and grounds outside is completely secluded. The infinity pool is big enough to have a proper swim and the gym is fully equipped with a wonderful massage chair and jacuzzi. The games room kept the kids entertained and the owner, Petra, kept my husband happy with his fix of Nespresso. We had lovely BBQ meals outside with wonderful night time views of Palma. The only complaint I have is next summer the house is already fully booked, but we loved it so much we will be back! Sinn, Jeremy & family

Amazing property with fabulous views

We were a family of 3 generations, ranging in age from 68 to 7 years old. A group of 9 people in total who loved every moment of our stay. We have visited Majorca several times in the past but not ever staying in the Palma area of the Island, so to be so close to the city was a real bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the Villa has amazing views with a lovely sunset to be admired every night. Just 15 mins away from Palma gives you the best of both worlds, the close proximity to enjoy the culture of the island and the quiet area of the Villa to be able to hide away and watch the world go by from the hill top. Petra and team were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and catered to our every need, the Villa stocked with basic kitchen and bathroom essentials was a lovely touch so you have more time to enjoy your holiday. We would highly recommend this Villa.

The most beautiful villa we could have hoped for

The villa is beautiful. Every room is exquisite and no expense spared. Petra and her family are warm and welcoming and really want you to enjoy your holiday. They are on call should you have any concerns. We never tired of the view and loved the thought of life going on outside our oasis of calm. The only downside which had nothing to do with the villa was the mosquitoes 😫. It stopped us sitting out in the evening. If they could net a section of the terrace so you were always protected (like they tend to do in Florida) then this place would be perfect! All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Perfection!

Our first Villa holiday and certainly not our last. The Villa is an absolute 10/10. Beautiful, spacious, unrivalled views, quiet and secluded. Only 15mins from the beach, airport and Palma. Place was spotless. Outdoor area has enough space for 20 people! We thoroughly enjoyed it. It is tucked away in the hills so you won’t have any external noise or traffic. The only slight negative on this is that we couldn’t get any taxis in this area or food delivered after our hire car had a flat tyre on the first day. But that was just an unlucky experience! Beautiful and we will definitely be coming back here again!
