House 'Bluehouseportixol' with Private Patio, Bike Friendly, Marina & Beach/Palma Bay
Bluehouseportixol is a charming little house in a peaceful, authentic corner, far from mass tourism. Enjoy romantic dinners watching the sunset or a great meal with friends and family at local restaurants.
Perfect for all ages, you have water activities, the beach, and a 33 km bike path along Palma Bay. You can walk to Palma’s center for shopping and sightseeing.
Our welcoming house is located in the picturesque Molinar/Portixol neighborhood, a place that will make you feel at home from the very first moment. Upon entering, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area perfect for your meals. The bright, cozy living room opens directly onto a spacious private patio, where a beautiful century-old ficus tree provides perfect shade for enjoying the outdoors.
The patio is ideal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner outside in complete privacy. Here you can relax under the tree, listen to birdsong, and enjoy the quiet Mallorcan neighborhood. The patio also features a laundry area, a solar shower with hot water, a WC, a chill-out zone, and a hammock for a perfect nap. There’s a relaxing, seaside feel throughout.
Upstairs, you’ll find two lovely double bedrooms with queen beds, perfect for resting after a day exploring the island. The full bathroom with shower is well equipped for your comfort.
Our house is designed to make sure you always feel comfortable.

The perfect stay
This is our second time staying at the blue house over Christmas. Sanam is a wonderful host who provides such lovely touches and is easy to contact. Clear check in and out instruction is provided. The house itself is in the best location. Portixol is our favourite place to stay on the island and there is nowhere better to stay in this area. The house is immaculate and close to a supermarket and all the best restaurants etc. We particularly love walking along the sea front. We will be back! Thank you for hosting us.
