Lovely stay

We stayed at this property for a week and it was great for our family. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the pool. The house has a good layout and is close to restaurants and beaches.

Great Base For Majorca

What a great base of operations - and place to retire in the evening for some sundowners and conversation. Loved our trip, this house, and would book again for sure on our next trip to the island.

A gem in Mallorca

We were pleasantly surprised by the vacation house- It was better than expected. Our host was very accommodating and allowed us an early check in and late check out. We loved the location as it's just outside of the hustle of Palma but still close enough to enjoy all Palma has to offer. The house was spotless and has incredible views of the bay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we are fortunate to return, we will stay here again. Thank you!

Ein Traumhaus mit Traumblick

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Traumhaus. Alles war zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Der Blick in die Bucht von Palma, egal ob vom Pool, dem Bedroom oder dem mega-tollen Rooftop ist einfach atemberaubend. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, insbesondere die Vollklimatisierung des Hauses ist perfekt. Vielen Dank!!

Beautiful Views + Equipped House

Overall, my group enjoyed this property. Communication: in general was ok. Communicated via Vrbo app and WhatsApp. Questions would receive responses within about 72 hours. Check-in: I had communicated to the owner/manager in advance our flight information and our ETA to the property. We only waited about 15-20 minutes outside of the property before the kind property manager arrived to let us in. We were not given his number prior, however, so we were getting a little concerned that nobody was going to show up to let us in. All ended up working out though and he showed us around which was helpful. Listing: overall, the listing was accurate except two big factors. The first was that the hot tub they usually have was broken and they installed an inflatable hot tub on the roof which was sufficient though the water seemed a bit murky/dirty. There was a lot of foam at the top of the water which was maybe hot tub cleaning solution but we couldn't be sure. The second issue was that the listing said 2 king beds but when I asked to confirm they said it was a king and a queen bed. The listing needs to be updated to reflect this discrepancy. Bathrooms: 2.5 baths. Main bathrooms were both very nice with strong water pressure and nice lighting. Had blow dryers etc. Downstairs half bath was also well-lit and sufficient. Roof: the views from the roof are spectacular. A real highlight of the property. Waking up with some coffee and soaking up some sun looking out over the cliffs and the perfect blue Mediterranean water was fantastic. Location: You will need a car. It's fairly convenient, only about 20-25 minutes from Palma, and close to a beautiful sea club (Mares). If we return, we'd probably opt to stay in the city of Palma to be closer to restaurants etc. Bedrooms: Comfortable with clean sheets and warm covers. All bedrooms also came with storm shutters, so if you're sensitive to light these make the rooms dark. Very nice touch. Other thoughts: washing machine and dryer were super handy to have especially after beach/pool days. Kitchen was pretty well-stocked with cooking stuff. There was not enough toilet paper and we texted the manager for more but they made an excuse that it was a holiday or something and couldn't buy more, so we had to go out and fetch it for ourselves.

Das Objekt liegt traumhaft mit Blick auf die Bucht von Palma. Leider hat uns ein Sonnenschirm gefehlt, der alte war defekt, genauso wie der Grill. Der Aussenbereich war ungepflegt altes Pool Equipment und Abdeckung einfach abgelegt.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt

Wir haben im September 10 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht und werden es definitiv wieder buchen. Die Ausstattung sowie das Interieur des Hauses ist sehr hochwertig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Check in erfolgte völlig reibungslos und uns wurde sehr sehr nett und lieb alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Lage ist optimal denn man hat es weder zu den schönen Stränden Mallorcas noch in die Innenstadt weit. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und familiär und perfekt zur Erholung. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht von Palma ist atemberaubend und aus jedem Zimmer des Hauses zu genießen.Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit Kindern verbracht, die haben sich sehr über die vorhandenen Spielsachen und Gesellschaftsspiele gefreut die vom Eigentümer zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Vielen lieben Dank noch mal an die Dame und den netten Elektriker die sich vor Ort um alles kümmern und bis ganz bald. Liebe Grüße Familie M

Ett fantastiskt sommar

Även om inte vädret var det bästa så trivdes vi alldeles utmärkt i detta välutrustade hus. Bra läge, bara 20 minuter från flygplatsen och härlig havsutsikt. Trevlig pool och en jacuzzi men fantastisk utsikt. Ett bra träningspass är att gå ner till havet på strandpromenaden en höjdskillnad på 160 meter.
