MODERN HOLIDAY HOUSE WITH POOL & JACUZZI IN EL TORO / CALVIA

We appreciate your interest in our beautiful holiday home "Casa Adriano".
This very well-kept and very modern detached holiday home in the southwest of Mallorca has the absolute feel-good factor and is located in an absolutely quiet but central location. The house is only around 50 meters from the Mediterranean Sea.
This house has 3 bedrooms (1x king-size bed and 2x queen-size beds) and 2.5 bathrooms. It is a single use house.
THE HOUSE: The German owners of this holiday home have paid attention to a modern style in both the renovation and the furnishing and implemented it after they bought the house in 2019. You will be greeted by a large living, dining and kitchen area with a new and exclusive Nolte fitted kitchen, which is equipped with all amenities.
The large and bright living area impresses with the absolutely beautiful view of the beautiful tropical pool area and the large terrace area. All bedrooms are bright and friendly and all have their own bathroom (2 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and a bathroom lying in the hallway area). The house was last completely renovated in 2017. The pool was also redesigned in 2017. The interior and exterior are from 2019/2020. Since the house is used a lot even by the owners, a very high quality and very modern facility was chosen.
The entire house is on one level and is therefore also ideal for seniors. The entire property is fenced and the house is detached.
The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.
All in all, you just want to sit in this beautiful house with a cool drink in your hand on the large terraces and enjoy the view of the beautiful saltwater pool and tropical garden area.
