You stay in a new, sunny holiday home with high-quality furnishings (e.g. box spring double bed), extensively equipped kitchen with bar and a private pool pool. Terraces on three levels with magnificent views of the sea and the island of Cabrera invite you to sunbathe.

Your holiday home is only 50 m from the picturesque steep coast and about 700 m from the beautiful Cala Pi, one of the most beautiful beaches on Mallorca with turquoise blue water. The accommodation has Internet and free WiFi, SatTV / Hifi (bluetooth, free video streaming included). There is also air conditioning and oil heating for the cooler season. Washing machine and dryer can be found in a separate room. Terraces and the garden are equipped with various garden furniture (sun beds, parasol, lounge furniture at the pool and the roof terrace). In the tasteful outdoor area Mallorcan plants and flowers grow. There is also a brick barbecue grill. A safe for valuables is available in the house. Baby bed/highchair on request. Parking space on the property.

Several attractive restaurants, a small supermarket and an ATM are only a few minutes from the house.

The cleaning fee of 180 EUR (incl. bed linen and towels) is to be settled directly on site with the house tutor. A deposit of 300 EUR will also be retained, which will be refunded if the house is returned without damage.

The rental is based on an official tourist rental licence from the Balearic Ministry of Tourism (ETV/7680).

Great stay

We, as a family of 3 adults and 2 children really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool and we had good spots to watch them from. The neighborhood is very quiet and only a ten minute walk from the beach. The house is well stocked and was very much as advertised.

Fantastic villa

Absolutely gorgeous villa, so clean and beautiful. Fully equipped with everything you may need for a perfect holiday. The area is lovely and peaceful with some excellent restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property.

Enjoyable relaxing vacation

Apart from the poor check-in process our stay was restful and enjoyable. We arrived at 4:00pm didn't occupy until 6:00pm. Also, outside sunbed, umbrellas not as pictures (umbrella broken), so no protection. Villa was excellent, location perfect, weather awesome as expected.

Lovely clean modern property

We had a lovely time at this villa, very clean and modern property with beautiful outside space. Faultless experience! Only thing to mention is that Cala Pi itself seems to be struggling this year with many bars and restaurants closed in peak August summer holiday season . Obviously this is no fault of the owners and the one restaurant open was very good (Sa Terrassa) but it was a shame there weren’t more options available in walking distance. Thanks for a great holiday!

Nice villa with sub-par sound insulation

The villa very nicely decorated and fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, a barbecue, swimming toys, etc. The bedrooms have a good size and the terraces (there are three or fours) are great and the roof terrace has a great seaview. Cala Pi is definitely not the centre of things, but there is a bakery, some decent restaurants and a nice vineyard nearby. You should also be aware that you can talk to the people in the adjacent property without raising your voice (while inside the house), the sound insulation is definitely not great.

Fantastics but...

The house was fantastic and so was the location. Except for a few mishaps the house would have gotten a 4 or 5 stars. The house looked like the descriptions and pictures promised. But we had issues with the AC on both floors. Upstairs the AC stopped working. The AC on the first floor, in the bedroom next to the bathroom, had a damp smell, like a basement. The pool also got pretty dirty after a couple of days and turned green. Both issues were looked into, but only the pool got cleaned. Apart for those mishaps we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa del Sol in Cala Pi. The house is well maintained and extremely well cared for. The furnishings, including kitchen, were very complete. There are really nice beds in all rooms and everything is so incredibly clean. Contact with the owner, as well as with the contact person on the island, was pleasant. The pool was great! On hot days there was also plenty of shade in the large garden, which we liked. It is a house situated in a beautiful area, within walking distance of the bay of Cala Pi. Here you can enjoy a swim or take a nice walk along the edges of the cliffs. The only downside we found were the many leaf blowers and handymen at the many beautiful houses in the street, but that is part of maintaining the houses and we could understand that. Having a car at your disposal for the duration of your stay is necessary, but we are used to that. Not only for shopping in a large village away (because in Cala Pi there is only a very small and very limited supermarket), but this also allows you to see more of the island! In summary: a great place to stay! Many thanks to the owner and the people who maintain this house so well. We recommend this house!

Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist perfekt und enthält alles notwendige Zubehör. Die Lage mit Meerblick ist sehr schön. Ein Zugang zum Meer ist allerdings nicht unmittelbar vorhanden. Cala Pi hat eine sehr schöne kleine Bucht, diese erreicht man aber vom Haus erst in ca. 30 Minuten Fußweg. Unser Urlaubserlebnis war dank sowieso notwendigem Mietwagen wunderbar.Ende Oktober noch Badeurlaub bei über 25 Grad. Wunderbar

Der Check In war genauso wie die Kommunikation vor ab super. Die Küche war prima ausgestattet. Alles da was man braucht. Genauso im Wohnzimmer. Die Klimaanlagen waren in allen Zimmer sehr gut. Was uns gefehlt hat, wäre ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse am Schlafzimmer.

Heerlijk huis met zwembad

Van alle gemakken voorzien, lekker zwembad en tuinmeubels. Dorpje is klein, 2 restaurants waar je echt moet reserveren anders geen plek. Llucmajor op 20 minuten rijden, daar meer mogelijkheden.

Großartige Unterkunft mit Premium Aussicht

Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Top Kommunikation, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Einzig das untere Badezimmer müsste man mal überholen, durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit setzt sich überall Grünspan und Rost an den Ecken an. Das tut dem Gesamtaufenthalt jedoch keinen Abbruch.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in Cala Pi

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber, sehr ruhige Gegend. Gut zum entspannen. Die Bucht von Cala Pi ist traumhaft schön. Es Trenc ist ganz in der Nähe. Palma ca. 1 h entfernt und Flughafen ca. 45 h vom Haus entfernt. Kommunikation mit Eigentümer super und einwandfrei. Auto notwendig!

Tolles Haus in etwas zu ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem top ausgestatteten Haus. Ein anfängliches Problem mit dem heißen Wasser konnte super schnell gelöst werden, die Betreuung vor Ort funktioniert. Die Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen, alles top in Schuss und sehr sauber. Der Standort ist allerdings nur etwas für Gäste, die es sehr ruhig mögen. Am Ort ist nicht viel los und alle Ziele sind min 30 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. So will auch der spontane Einkauf genau geplant werden. Wen das nicht stört, der ist hier genau richtig.

Tolle Lage , Sauberkeit ausbaufähig

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in Cala Pi. Der Ort ist sehr schön und auch die Lage des Ferienhauses ist super. Leider ist die Klimaanlage ein Graus. Alle Geräte sind mit Schimmel überzogen.

Schlechte Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung

Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Lage ist in Ordnung. Leider ist momentan eine Baustelle nebenan (uns ist bewusst, dass der Vermieter darauf keinen Einfluss nehmen kann). Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte erst 3 Stunden später als vertraglich vereinbart wegen angeblichen Stromausfall, den die Nachbarn verneint haben. Fazit: Schönes Haus, droht bei mangelnder Pflege schnell zu altern.
