Es Buscaret is a new and modern villa with swimming pool, located a few minutes away on foot or by bike from the beach S'Arenal de Sa Rapita (Es Trenc beach, possibly the most beautiful of Mallorca).

The second bedroom has got a large double bed (160X200), two windows and A / C.
The third bedroom has got two single beds, two windows and A / C.
The bathrooms are modern and comfortable, with large showers and suspended toilets. Both of them have got windows.
The house is completed with a large kitchen-dining-living area.
The modern and well-equiped kitchen is furnished with all appliances (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine). It has got a direct exit to the garden and a large kitchen-island with Zimbabwe marble countertop. In the dining area there is a large and modern oak table with design 6 chairs. In the living area there is a sofa, SMARTTV and two large windows towards the garden and the pool.

In the garden you will find a dining area for 6 people ( shaded by an automatic awning), a barbecue and a terrace with 4 sun loungers for sunbathing or resting by the pool (5,40mt × 2,70mt).
The cleaning of this house is carried out following the guidelines of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce, including the specifications of service, cleaning and disinfection, maintenance and risk management necessary to reduce infections by Covid-19 in the touristic sector.
