We really enjoyed our stay at the finca! Great that you’re really by yourself. Nice pool and the house has everything necessary. Check in and check out was really easy as miquel and his family is very welcoming and easy to contact. Would recommend and come here again !

We are a group of 8 friends that come together once a year in a different environment. This year we chose this lovely finca and enjoyed the spacious yard and the enormous pool area!

A farm and country feeling next to the beach and city.

We loved this house and cant believe how secluded you feel when its only 11 minutes to the airport and 8 minutes to S'Arenal beach. Surrounded by olive trees, stars, and a transformed farm house, you get a Spanish cosy feel in the middle of the city. The host was extremely responsive and flexible with our late arrival and check out. Its so much privacy and there was even charcoal for our nightly grilling when the baby went to sleep. The pool was also big and well maintined with some pool toys available. Highly recommended, we will be back!

Everything pretty much perfect

Was a pleasant to stay at this property,wi-fi,pool all we needed,was a bit hard to communicate with a owner,as everything went thru translator. Owerall experience was great,the pool is great and we'll looked after,rooms are clean and tidy,lacks of conditioners,only one of 4 bedrooms has conditioner,and living room also has one but that's doesn't help at night at all .would back definitely at some point later as had a really good time ...

Sehr gut, wir sind sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief unkompliziert via WhatsApp. Nur die Wegbeschreibung zur Finca und zum Müllplatz sollte wesentlich präziser sein. Der Pool ist traumhaft, die Finca klein aber sehr sauber. Uns hat besonders gefreut, dass Poolspielzeug, wie eine Luftmatratze etc. bereits in der Garage lagen.

Zwischen Abenteuerlust und Party

Wir waren zu siebt für knapp eine Woche angereist. Leider sind mein Freund und ich am Flughafen steckengeblieben und konnten erst später als geplant anreisen. Durch den unkomplizierten Kontakt zum Sohn des Besitzers konnten unsere Freunde in Ruhe und bereits viel früher als geplant einchecken. Die Finca hat die perfekte Lage für alle die sich nach Ruhe sehnen, es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn. Von hier aus kann man innerhalb von 30 bis 60 Fahrminuten die schönsten Orte erkunden. Palma ist 15 Minuten entfernt. Für alle Partyurlauber ist sie dennoch mehr als geeignet, da sie nur 2,5km vom Ballermann entfernt ist. Es gibt fußläufig erreichbar eine Bushaltestelle, allerdings mussten wir feststellen, dass der Fahrplan nicht all zu vertrauenswürdig ist. Wir sind viel mit dem Taxi oder dem eigenen Auto unterwegs gewesen, auch am Ballermann lässt es sich zur Not recht gut parken. Eine Taxifahrt lag zwischen 12 und 20€, je nach Tageszeit, leider mussten wir auch immer zwei Taxen bestellen, da diese nur jeweils 4 Personen befördern. Es wurde regelmäßig nach uns gesehen und allgemein war die Gastfreundschaft mehr als herausragend. Es blieben wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit.

Ruhige Traditionelle Finca

Herr Miquel Mut ist ein sehr Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Finca hat ein sehr grosses Umland und der Pool ist sehr Sauber und extrem gross. Man darf sich auch an seinem Kräutergarten bedienen, Wir kommen ganz sicher wider. Und ein grosses Dankeschön an die Tierärztin die Kollegin von Miquel. Rundum haben uns die drei Wochen sehr gut gefallen und wir konnten es richtig Geniessen. Ein Auto wäre von Vorteil, aber auch mit dem Taxi kein Problem. 5 Minuten von der Finca hat es grosse Einkaufs Möglichkeiten. Noch einmal vielen Dank an Miquel.

Party Urlaub mit Freunden

Hallo, kann diese Finca nur empfehlen ☝️🙂 Das Haus ist freistehend und es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, das heißt wir konnten unsere mitgebrachte Soundboks voll aufdrehen und es hat niemanden interessiert 😁👍 Außerdem gibt es einen riesigen Hof, der nur dazu einlädt ein paar Runden Flunkyball zu spielen😄. Dazu befindet sich in der Garage noch eine längliche Tischplatte, mit der wir die Bierpong Saison für eröffnet erklären konnten 😉. Der Pool ist Mega und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang ☀️. Auch sonst ist die Finca bestens ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Inklusive großem Kühlschrank der mit 3 Gefrierfächern ausgestattet ist, in dem wir all unsere Getränke unterbringen konnten 🍻😋. Eine Taxifahrt von der Finca nach A'renal kostet ca.13 Euro und geht vollkommen in Ordnung. Kann diese Finca nur empfehlen und würde auf jedenfall wiederkommen. MfG Christian

Ik heb samen met mijn vriendinnen een super fijne week in het huis van Miquel gehad! Vooral het zwembad was geweldig:) De locatie was alleen niet altijd gemakkelijk de bereiken met de taxi en het servies was niet super schoon. Toch hebben wij het erg naar ons in gehad.

schöner Aufenthalt

Habe mit meinen Freunden knapp 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist abgelegen, aber auch gleichzeitig von allem sehr gut zu erreichen. Also perfekt, um Geburtstage zu feiern und schnell (mit dem Auto) zur Playa zu kommen :) Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit!
