This villa dates from the year 1915. Initially it was a typical Mallorcan rustic farmhouse, which thanks to its location and additional facilities has been transformed into holiday accommodation. Its swimming pool with a size of 10 x 4, surrounded by a solarium with sun loungers and a Balinese bed, is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The wooden swing is perfect for enjoying the sunset and immortalising the stay in this beautiful villa with a romantic photo. The property also offers a BBQ, porch and pergola with dining and rest areas, and its spacious and well-maintained garden gives this property an intimate and family-like character.
