Villa Segundo is located in the southeast of Mallorca, in the largest municipality of the island named Lluchmajor, famous thanks to its coastal areas with sandy beaches as Arenal, Cala Blava, Cala Pi, and rocky coves as Cala Maioris, Cala Cap Rocat, and many others, and a calm and pretty capital of the municipality named Llucmajor.

The villa is very spacious and bright and offers a big living-dining room with a sitting area with a big flat-screen TV and a fireplace and a dining table for 10 persons, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island and everything needed for pleasant cooking, 5 ample bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and another four with two single beds), and 4 fully equipped bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub and another three with showers).

Among other amenities, Villa Segundo has air conditioners all over the house, a Wi-Fi connection, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, bed linens and towels, and much more.

The most impressive elements of this great villa are its exterior areas with a swimming pool (8 x 4.60) surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds, a shady and opened lounge areas and dining areas, a covered porch with the billiard and football tables, a covered BBQ zone with dining area, the tennis court (rackets and balls are on-site), and the tennis table. There will be no time to get bored!

Llucmayor is a great place to stay, where there's everything you will need to spend a pleasant time. Typical coffee bars offering tasty Ensaimada, restaurants to taste the delicious Mallorquin cuisine, also you will find shops, supermarkets, etc. The capital of the island, as well as the famous beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Papita with various restaurants, are located just 20 minutes drive.

Schreckliche Finca

Die Finca war sehr ungepflegt und dreckig. Die Kinder haben sich die Füße auf dem Kunstrasen verbrannt. Zwei Zimmer haben ganz schlimm gerochen . Die Möbel auf der Dachterrasse waren verrostet . Im Kinderspielbereich lagen große Werkzeuge . Zigaretten und Glasscherben lagen auf der Terrasse. Unter den Betten lag noch Müll. Man hat das Gefühl die Fica wird nicht mehr gepflegt.

Dejligt ophold

Det inventar der bruges er lidt slidt. Men huset er meget autentisk og hyggeligt. Den eneste aktiveringsting der virkede fint var tennisbanen. De andre var slidte og næsten ikke brugbare.

Schöne Villa

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Villa sehr genossen. Llucmajor erreicht man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Insgesamt eine tolle Villa. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Outdoor Küche und der Tennisplatz. Störend hingegen war die Gartenwasserpumpe, die die Wasserversorgung für das Haus aus einem Brunnen sicherstellt. Die springt alle 5 Minuten an, auch wenn kein Wasser von jemandem bezogen wird. Auch nachts läuft sie in dem Takt. Abzüge gibt es auch für die Tatsache, dass am Abreisetag der restliche Müll von uns entsorgt werden sollte. Ich spreche lediglich von den letzten Resten die übrig bleiben. Nicht von dem gesamten Müll. Das wird in der Regel bei der Endreinigung mit erledigt. Die Entsorgung war dann auch noch schwierig, weil man einen Eigentümerausweis vorzeigen musste den wir nicht hatten. Ansonsten aber eine super Unterkunft.
