Villa Maravillas is a great holiday rental villa in Mallorca, Playa de Palma, located in one of the liveliest and most vibrant areas of Mallorca: El Arenal – Las Maravillas. Villa Maravillas extends over a plot of more than 1000 m² and is located about 150 metres from the sea and its famous Playa de Palma.
Villa Maravillas has an area of 300 m², distributed across two floors: the first floor has a spacious entrance hall, a large living-dining room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom.
A wide staircase leads to a spacious central distributor on the first floor, from which five double bedrooms are accessed (one with a double bed and four with two single beds), two complete bathrooms with shower. Three of the five bedrooms have access to exterior terraces, with dining tables and views of the garden and swimming pool.
Villa Maravillas has everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay: air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms (cold/heat), Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV, washing machine, iron, bed linen and towels, the kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, oven, freezer, coffee maker and much more.
From the living room and kitchen, there is access to covered porches with rest and dining areas and to the garden and pool area. This area offers a large pool surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. In the highest part of the garden, there is a small sitting area with a very unique and different view of the villa. Additionally, there is another separate covered porch with a large dining table. The entire outdoor and landscaped area has special night lighting, so the outdoor areas can be enjoyed both during the day and in the afternoon/evening.
The house is located just 150 metres from the seafront promenade, known for its long seafront with numerous bars, pubs, restaurants, nightclubs, supermarkets and mini-markets, etc. The island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is about 20 minutes by car. It offers a lot to see and do: cultural and historical heritage, shopping, unique architecture, including the Cathedral of Palma, La Lonja, Bellver Castle, etc. and numerous tapas restaurants and bars.
Villa Maravillas is ideal for groups of friends and adventures in large families, beach lovers and nightlife, walks and bicycle excursions.
