Overall the house was great with just a few small things that were needed like towel rails in the bathrooms and somewhere to hang the hand held shower. But house was in a great spot near a lovely beach & cafes/restaurants. Taxi rank a few minutes walk plus a supermarket close by.

Inside alright, close to beach and shops

If you want to be close to a beach (3 min by foot), to restaurants, bars and shops, this apartment is great. If you want a quiet place, this is not suitable. If you want a really shiny, clean and high-quality place, this is not for you. The windows do not close properly, there is no dish washer, the furniture is low to mid quality, we saw cockroaches in the kitchen. However the host is nice and cooperatively, connected the heating as it got cold during our stay and there is good wifi in the apartment.

Thank you for your evaluation. We are sorry for the cockroach incident. Every year we carry out a disinfestation protocol but, despite this, being a house at street level and being on the coast, unfortunately it is inevitable that unwanted insects enter on occasion. We see that you are a lover of tranquility, in summer the coastal places tend to have a lot of activity, but if you like the island and the tranquility in its inland towns you can enjoy it. As for the windows, this is the first news we have about it, however, we will proceed to check them in case there is any that does not fit well. Thanks for your comments. All the best.

Dank zentraler Lage auch im Winter buchbar

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liegt sensationell zentral. Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel dort und hatten genug Platz. Der Vermieter ist wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit, hat uns zusätzliche Heizlüfter gebracht. Diese benötigt man im Winter auf jeden Fall, da die kleinen Heizkörper nicht in jedem Raum installiert sind. Abends haben wir im Wohnzimmer den Kamin angemacht.

Das Haus war sehr ordentlich und gepflegt und alle notwendigen Dinge waren vorhanden, vor allem jedoch, war die Lage des Hauses perfekt. Bus und Strand waren nur 50 m von der Haustür entfernt und auch der nächste Supermarkt ist in fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Außerdem haben wir uns zu jeder Zeit sehr gut betreut gefühlt! Kann man nur weiter empfehlen!!

Estupenda casa para disfrutar de la playa

La casa es muy cómoda porque está justo al lado de la playa y se puede llagar andando en dos minutos. Muy amplia y limpia. Se puede llegar al centro de la ciudad de Palma con el bus que tiene la parada muy cerca. Cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios, supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes, etc.... Fácil acceso.

3+, very close to the beach and restaurants, walking distance to everything you need

Pleasantly surprised by this town house only 1 minute walk to the beach and many nice pizzerias and restaurants in short walking distance from the house. Palma is easily exceeded by bus/taxi right outside the house. The house is situated on the main road but not on street level, however the passing traffic may be a source of noice. There is no aircondition but ceiling fans in most rooms. Large outside area and an outside shower! The local beach of Cala mayor is very nice and not to crowded compared to the illetes and beleare beach club.
