Villa Santander - with private swimming pool
Fantastic villa in Arenal with private pool, located in a quiet and residential area but only 5 minutes walk from the tourist spot par excellence of the island, with the ideal combination of beaches, promenades, restaurants, pubs, leisure area and everything to spend an ideal holiday with family or friends.
Outside the house there is a wonderful swimming pool and a huge garden, fully furnished and with sun loungers to enjoy sunbathing, reading a book or simply enjoying good company. You will also find outdoor furniture and a barbecue to enjoy and make every summer afternoon a pleasure. Inside, a large window gives access to the spacious living room, with comfortable armchairs, surrounded by a delicate decoration. The dining room communicates with the kitchen, which is fully equipped and at your disposal.
The 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allow 12 guests to stay in total comfort. Free wifi is available. This villa is equipped with specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles. A complete mechanical workshop is at your disposal.
Public transport: less than 500 metres away you will find the following regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25 which, in only 15 minutes, will take you to a very central area of Palma.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has heating in all rooms. However, it does not have air conditioning, so the necessary fans will be provided to the guests.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
