All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). Sehr schönes Haus mit sehr guter Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön und beinhaltet auch genügend Platz für die Gäste. Einzig 2 Räume besitzen keine Klimaanlage wodurch es in diesen Zimmern schwer wird zu schlafen bei warmen Wetter.

Fantastic holiday

We found that the location was perfect, nice and peaceful. Also we loved the fast service and the villa. We had an amazing vacation and would love to revisit here. There where a few things not working like the dishwasher and the “purple” room had bit of a smell when we first came in.

Overall it is amazing and we definitely enjoyed our stay!

Even though the house smelled a bit at first, overall it is amazing and we definitely enjoyed our stay! The pool is enormous and the fireplace is a really great feature of the house. Two rooms do not have airconditing, which made those pretty hot. All in all, we had a great time without any problems with Portic. -
