Situated in the heart of Soller and minutes from the town square, this
imposing property is framed by the spectacular Tramuntana mountain
range. There is a large private pool, fully equipped Summer Loggia and
extensive terraces. Surrounded by citrus orchards this property offers
privacy and tranquility teamed with luxury living. The property was
fully restored in 2006 offering all modern amenities while retaining the
original features and charm. The property is fully secure with
electronic gates and an impressive drive leading up to the main house.
There is ample parking but for those who choose not to drive the
picturesque town of Soller with it's shops restaurants and bars is only
5 minutes walk away. From the town square, guests can also take the
antique tram to the Port of Soller and the beach or take the spectacular
train journey through the mountains to Palma. The perfect property for
those seeking easy accessibility to Soller town and Port while offering
luxury accommodation.

The picturesque town of Soller is just 5 minutes walk from the property.
Puerto Soller with its small sandy beaches, traditional marina and a
choice of restaurants and cafes is a 10 minute drive. The port can also
be reached by taking the antique tram which runs from the town square (5
min from the property) to the port. Cala Deia is only a 15 minute drive
away and offers a picturesque cove and choice of two restaurants. Deia
and the historic town of Valdemossa approximately 20 minutes drive with
choice of many restaurants. Palma is 30 minutes drive away. There is
also the antique train that runs from Palma to Soller (approximately 6
times per day). The ride which lasts approximately 1 hour with
breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountain range, Fornalutx is an
approximate 15 minute walk away and has been voted Spain's most
beautiful village.

We stayed in this beautiful property with family for our daughter’s wedding. The home is beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. We were a family of 7 adults and a baby. conveniently situated walking distance to the center of town. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor/pool area was a perfect place to relax. Andrea was great! We had everything we needed for baby but needed a baby bathtub, she had one at the house when we arrived. If you drive, rent a small car, as roads are narrow to arrive to the house. Amazing stay! Would highly recommend!

Soller excellence

This property is amazing. Beautiful architectural details, finishes, landscaping throughout. The pool and surrounding deck is perfection. Very close to the town center as well, which is shocking considering the size of this space.

Fabulous House

We have rented many villas over the years but this is the best. Amazing house with great views, really quiet and only a 5 minute walk into the centre of town. The house has been restored beautifully. It has the feel of a boutique hotel. We would be very happy to return. The owner and the housekeeper are both very helpful.

Beautiful house and gardens

We’re a family with grown-up children with partners. The property was perfect for us - and even grander and more beautiful than the pictures reveal. Large bedrooms, very comfy beds, beautiful kitchen and pool / pool house with all amenities you can wish for. Very close to Soller centre and great starting point for hiking or biking. The house keepers Andrea and Joan were very friendly and super helpful. We will almost certainly be back.

A really lovely house, great facilities, perfect location, loved the outdoor pool area. The hosts were very helpful and always available. AC in the master bedroom wasn’t great in 37 degrees but worked better in other rooms.

Fantastic villa in a fantastic town. Loved it

We hired the villa for four weeks, and could easily have stayed for much longer. Everything about this villa exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The outside was particularly impressive: large clean pool, lovely orchard, plenty of space, absolutely brilliant views. It is situated within very easy walking distance to the main square, even for a toddler. Andrea and Joan were brilliant, always helpful and such lovely people. Only word of caution: make sure you hire a small car. We are certain to return in the near future.

Fantastic Experience

Fantastic property in the heart of Sóller. Lots of room for two families (8 total) to enjoy our time in Mallorca. Kitchen was well stocked and very functional, pool and pool cabana were really enjoyable for both sun bathing, swimming, or hanging out watching the Tour de France on a large TV. Bedrooms were a good size and the Air Conditioning worked extremely well and made sleeping pleasant. Yard and gardens were beautiful, lots of lemon and orange trees to make fresh juices in the morning. Finally, 5 min walk to the center of Sóller for meals, ice cream or to jump on the train to Sóller Harbour. Close to a few nice walks including the picturesque village of Fornalutx and Deià.

Great location, close to plaza but quiet and green

We are returning guests (small family) and really love this villa. It is located in the surrounding gardens of Sóller with all its orange and lemon trees but it is also very close (5 minutes walk/350 m) to the main plaza of Sóller with all its restaurants and shops. It is also a perfect "base camp" for hiking in the surrounding beautiful Tramuntana mountains. Or you can just sit on the terrace with a coffee and a stunning view on the surrounding montains. The service proviced by the housekeeper Andrea and her husband as well as the owner himself was georgous as always. All questions around house and garden were answered very quickly and the housekeeper is only a few streets away in case of any problems or questions. We will return again soon for sure!

Beautiful holiday home with stunning views

Great villa for large groups. The rooms are all very impressive. There are plenty of towels provided for bathroom, pool and beach. We had an 18 month old and a 2 year old and from the photos I thought there were grassy areas for them to play. Also I didn’t see the many steps to and from the pool area. There weren’t any children’s unbreakable plates and bowls either. A slight inconvenience for us was the lack of a toilet on the ground floor. The negatives in this review are purely down to the toddlers in our group. Overall this is a beautiful house in a very convenient location in the centre of Soller. It is an uphill walk from the Plaza to the villa but not an uncomfortable walk for the children aged 8 and 9 or the unfit grandparents pushing buggy’s! We had a great holiday and we would like to stay here again once the grandchildren are older.

One of the best accommodations you can wish for a summer vacation

As a regular visitor to this house, I can confidently say that it is one of the best accommodations you can wish for a summer vacation in the heart of the Tramuntana Mountains in Mallorca. For cycling enthusiasts like me and my friends, this accommodation is a true paradise. From here, we embark on fantastic cycling tours across the entire island every year. But the location is also perfect for hiking enthusiasts. Time spent in the house is also fantastic. Relaxing on the poolside loungers, socializing in the pool house, or even enjoying cozy moments in the large living room on the first floor during bad weather – here, there's something for every taste and weather condition to enjoy. The spacious rooms and cozy atmosphere make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. What truly sets this accommodation apart is its location, almost in the center of Soller. Within just 5 minutes, we reach the charming marketplace surrounded by lovely cafes, top-notch restaurants and inviting shops. With its 5 bedrooms, the house is the perfect size for our group. The pool, terrace, and cooking and dining area offer plenty of space for group activities and cozy get-togethers.The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious, making cooking for several people effortless. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. Its a perfect place for an unforgettable summer vacation. We look forward to returning every year!
