Sa Bleda, situated in Sóller within the World Heritage cultural Landscape of the Serra du Tramuntana , was built in 1914 in the Art Nouveau style with profits obtained from the trade of oranges with France. This important house is on the list of the «most emblematic buildings» in Sóller, due to its unique architecture.
The house has a very central location in the beautiful town, only 3 minutes walk from the Square, enjoying a relaxed and private atmosphere in the large garden that surrounds the house.
Sa Bleda completed its total 18 month renovation in May 2022, the aim to restore the house respectfully and maintaining its character while providing all modern comforts.
The beautiful and very private walled garden has orange and olive trees, a petanque court, large pool, outdoor kitchen with barbecue with shaded seating for 12. Importantly in Sóller, Sa Bleda has ample private and secure off road parking for at least 4 cars, including an electric charger.
