Close to the beach in a quiet side street on the lively Playa de Palma lies this spacious holiday home, which offers space for up to 6 people on approx. 200 m2 of living space and was newly renovated and refurnished in November 2017. On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with double bed, living room, a bathroom with shower and a cozy well equipped kitchen with dining area. On the first floor you will find another large bedroom, a spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi and a cozy fireplace room with sleeping facilities for 2 people. Behind the house is a beautiful spacious sun terrace with barbecue for cozy evenings in the circle of family and friends. On some other outdoor areas and terraces you will find nice opportunities to relax and enjoy the special atmosphere and flair of this trendy area.
