 traditional neo-Breton house, near the Dossen beach in SANTEC (1km500) Roscoff 5 kms

Can accommodate 4 people maximum -

- 1 family space on the ground floor, consisting of 2 independent bedrooms, one with 1 double bed 160x200 and the other bedroom with 2 twin beds
bathroom (whirlpool tub) private toilets, refrigerator, TV and WIFI
- On the floor, a family room, composed of 2 independent rooms, one with 1 double bed of 180x200, the other with 2 twin beds, room of water (shower) WC private in the room, refrigerator, post office TV WIFI
- Upstairs a double bedroom, with bathroom (shower) and private toilets in the room, refrigerator, TV and WIFI.
- If needed, 1 extra bed
- BB bed "umbrella"
- Private parking
- Ability to "cook" under the pergola (sheltered) where gas stove, dishwasher, barbecue, garden furniture, microwave oven in the dining room, are available to customers.

Propriété bien entretenue avec un joli jardin

la propriétaire est très très agréable et accueillante, s'est mise en quatre pour nous recevoir et nous satisfaire, elle est au petit soin pour ses locataires. le petit déjeuner est copieux et fait découvrir les spécialités de la bretagne Nous conseillons vivement cette location et nous y reviendrons sûrement

Accueil très sympatique et charmante maison typique dans une très belle région! Séjour de 3 nuits agréable avec libre accès même tardif. la salle de bain très sympa et la mise à dispo d'un frigo ne gâche en rien ce court séjour. Petit déjeuner copieux. à refaire avec nos 2 enfants car une deuxième chambre avec 2 lits simples était contiguë à la nôtre!
