Charming apartment that was once a chicken coop. The cottage is set within a 2,500-square-meter garden of ancient trees. Buses are just a few meters away and local trains are 2 km away. Located in a noble area of old mansions from the beginning of the last century, a 5-minute walk from the center of the old town. At the gates of Guadarrama National Park. The property consists of a main house and several apartments. Shared common areas include the pool, garden, ping-pong, pelota court, and barbecue (reservation required and at a cost). You can enjoy hiking, cycling, horse riding, etc. in the area.
