This high-quality chalet for a maximum of 8 people is located above the town of Grosskirchheim in the Hohe Tauern National Park in Carinthia, offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape and is in the immediate vicinity of the well-known Grossglockner Heiligenblutt ski area.

The chalet is rustic but modernly furnished, spread over 2 floors, and has a large living room with seating area, a modern fully equipped kitchen and dining table, 2 large bedrooms (both with 1 bunk bed each) and 2 bathrooms. The chalet also offers an outdoor terrace, a sauna (equipped with bathrobes, sauna towels and sauna oils), a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, an outdoor hot tub, 2 parking spaces in the carport with electric charging station, sun loungers, a grill and a table tennis table.

Grosskirchheim is located at over 1000 meters above sea level in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The untouched landscapes offer wonderful hiking and cycling trails as well as varied excursion destinations. The Hohe Tauern region with the village of Heiligenblut offers winter sports enthusiasts many options. The Grossglockner Heiligenblut ski area offers 47 kilometers of slopes and 10 lifts and is located in the immediate vicinity of the chalet. In about 45 minutes by car you can also reach the popular Mölltaler Glacier ski area with over 42 kilometers of slopes.

In summer, the Grosskirchheim natural pool with a bathing area of 1200 m2 offers lots of bathing fun! City and culture lovers can visit beautiful Lienz (30 minutes by car).

Directly in the town or in the nearby villages there are enough shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.
