This charming, ground-floor apartment for 6 is only 100 metres from Porto Cesareo’s beautiful beaches. Funny Apartment 1 is the ideal base for family or friends who want to have an exciting, lively holiday on the Ionian Coast with its sandy beaches and pristine sea.

The airy apartment has a spacious living room with tiled floors. It is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 6. Two sets of French windows open onto the veranda and private courtyard. The shaded veranda has another dining table for relaxed meals al fresco.

The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer, Moka coffee maker and a washing machine. A double door leads from the kitchen to the back terrace.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The light-filled master bedroom has a double bed, armchair and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. French windows open onto the courtyard.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom also has two single beds, a wardrobe and doors out to the courtyard.

Funny Apartment is just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The coastline in this area is known for its soft sand and clear waters. The beach’s gentle slope makes it ideal for children and elderly visitors.

The apartment is close to the famous Lido Goa, where summer music creates a vibrant atmosphere. The location is ideal for people who are looking for summer excitement and fun, but if you want a more peaceful vacation, then we would politely suggest that this is not the right option for you.

The town of Porto Cesareo is 5 minutes away. Here visitors will find more beautiful beaches and lively nightlife. The town’s weekly market (Thursday) is the best place to find the finest local food, including olive oil and a variety of cheeses.

Further down the Ionian coast, the historic port of Gallipoli (35 minutes) is a very popular tourist destination during the summer months. Alternatively, Lecce (40 minutes) is known as the “Florence of the south”. It is famous for its fine Baroque architecture and delicious cuisine.

The closest airport is at Brindisi - just under an hour away by car.
