Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von dieser Unterkunft. Begonnen hat es damit, dass es sich herausstellte, dass wir keinen Parkplatz an der Unterkunft haben, sondern 400 m entfernt am Fuße des Berges parken mussten. Einrichtung und Installationen der Wohnung sind in die Jahre gekommen und sanierungs- oder austauschbedürftig. Der Esszimmertisch wackelt dermaßen, dass beinahe die Gläser umfallen, während des Essens. Das Bett quietschte dermaßen, dass der Partner aufwacht, wenn man sich umdreht. Die Schlafzimmertür klemmt und knarzt laut, wenn sie geöffnet wird, so dass die ganze Wohnung aufwacht, geschieht dies nachts.Der Tisch auf dem Balkon ist verwittert mit Brandloch, einer der 4 Stühle gebrochen und eines der 2 Sitzkissen defekt.Am meisten störte jedoch, dass es im Badezimmer furchtbar nach Abwasser stank. Das muss dem Vermieter bekannt sein, denn bei der Ankunft waren der Bodenabfluss, der Anschluss des Abwassersiphons des Waschbeckens und die Abluftanlage im Badezimmer mit Gewebeband zugeklebt. Leider funktioniert dann natürlich auch die Entlüftung nicht mehr...Wir haben uns dann nach einigen Tagen an das freundliche Büro gewendet, dass die Schlüsselausgabe organisiert und konnten dann in eine anständige Unterkunft umziehen.Insgesamt war diese Unterkunft für diesen Preis eine große Enttäuschung und wir denken, dass eine Erstattung für die Tage dort nur angebracht wäre!

Die Unterkunft ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekomme...

Die Unterkunft ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und war das Geld nicht wert. Hier einige Beispiele: 1. Im Bad stank es nach Kanalisation. Das muss bekannt gewesen sein, denn Lüftungsanlage, Bodenabfluss und die Abwasserarmaturen des Waschbeckens waren zugeklebt. 2. Schlafzimmertür lässt sich nur nur laut und schwer schließen, klemmt. 3. Bett ohne Lattenrost, lediglich ein Brett unter der Matratze. Es quietscht, wenn man sich umdreht, so dass der Partner aufwacht. 3. Küchentisch wackelt wie ein Kuhschwanz. 4. Balkonmöbel alt und defekt. 5. Kochtöpfe teilweise unbrauchbar, da uneben. 6. Parkplatzsituation unbefriedigend. Es steht kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung!! Ersatz in 400 m Entfernung. 7. Mülltonnen liefen die ersten Tage über, Müll lag verstreut herum. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt nicht das Geld wert und die Unterkunft überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Für die letzten Tage konnten wir in eine andere Unterkunft umziehen
