The house was built in 1969 and is a 1.5-story, 310-square-meter home with a retro feel and plenty of space for social gatherings. The villa is situated in a quiet and cosy location next to the city park and is also very “central,” within walking distance of all local amenities. It comfortably and luxuriously accommodates 8–10 people. 5 bedrooms. Ground floor (200 square metres): a large entry hall with a guest bathroom. Hardwood floors in most rooms. A large living room with sofas, a fireplace, and a TV, opening onto the wooden patio. There is also a large dining room seating 10–12 people, with access to an additional indoor glass-enclosed conservatory. The fully equipped kitchen features a dining table and all amenities, including 2 refrigerators and 1 freezer. There is a guest bathroom and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Two large bedrooms feature king-size beds and ample storage. One bedroom with a 120 cm bed (can add a 90 cm bed) and storage. A large bathroom with a bathtub and shower, double sink, and toilet. On the second floor, two large bedrooms, each with two 90 cm beds. Bathroom with shower. Additional space with couches, TV, and an extra bed if needed. There is a large private garden with a spacious south-facing patio featuring heaters and a pergola with a lounge sofa and sun loungers. Weber charcoal grill. Bicycles available to borrow (4). Parking for 3 cars. Walking distance: ICA Skanör/town square 3 min, Sweden’s finest beach 10 min, Falsterbo Horse Show (approx. 1.2 km)—20 min. Although a popular holiday destination, our surroundings are quiet, and our house is on a cul-de-sac (dead-end street) leading to the park, making it safe for children to play. There is a large play area in the adjacent park. Skanör and Falsterbo have long been a holiday paradise, featuring an old town centre, a lively marina, historic golf courses, and kilometres of white beaches. Perfect location, just a short distance from several beaches and golf courses. Sheltered from the wind by the park and just 2 minutes from a supermarket and bakery. From here, you can easily reach Copenhagen by bus or train—the nearest stop is just 150 metres from the house! Some of Sweden’s best beaches are just a few minutes away by bike. Plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and shops are within walking distance, as are three of Europe’s best links golf courses and the Falsterbo Horse Show (July). A half-hour drive across the bridge takes you to beautiful Copenhagen (and Copenhagen Airport). On the Swedish side of the bridge is the city of Malmö and the huge Emporia shopping centre. There’s a Viking village/museum (Foteviken) and an amber museum nearby. In the summer, there are clay tennis and padel courts. The small old harbour in Skanör is picturesque and features several restaurants and the Badhytten nightclub. In Höllviken, there is a small shopping centre and a pretty good cinema.
