Wonderful bachelorette stay!

We had a wonderful time at this house! Plenty of beds and the host was so kind to provide a toaster and paper plates/cups, etc for us! The location was great too - really close to Bourbon street but far enough away that it was pretty quiet for sleeping.

Great home base

Place is pretty much just 11 beds, 6 bedrooms. 2 baths. Really exactly what it advertises to be. Perfect location and I bet it’s amazing at Mardi Gras.

Incredible value for big group

Good bang for your buck. Great for a big group. No kitchen, but we expected to eat all of meals out in the City anyways. Mike is a a great host!

The hosts of this property went above and beyond for our group! Not only were they flexible on check-in/check out times for our group of 14, but they also had complimentary Prosecco waiting in the fridge. In my opinion the property looks even better in person. I could not recommend staying here more!

We used to live in NOLA and wanted to bring family and friends to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary at JazzFest. 12 of our group stayed here and totally enjoyed it. Shared outdoor space worked for all guests. Would have loved more of a kitchen but we knew what we were getting and made it work. Great gas station down the street for coffee, snacks, beer and fried chicken! Mike was the best… easy to work with and always available. And the RTA JAZZFEST bus had a pick-up and drop off just blocks away. All in all we had a wonderful time. Thanks Mike!!!

Perfect home base for exploring the French Quarter

We had a blast at this listing -- the location was perfect to walk to Bourbon Street and other points of interest, without getting too loud and crazy at night. We had a joint bachelor/bachelorette party with 12 guests, and everyone was remarking how perfectly located the house was. Highlight of the house was the back patio since we had phenomenal weather. The check-in and check-out processes were a breeze, and all of our questions were responded to super quickly. Beds were comfortable, sheets/towels were clean, and the house and parking area were both very secure with locks/gates. Listing is very accurate - the house is primarily bedrooms with two bathrooms, and limited additional furniture, but that was exactly what we were looking for!

Was a a beautiful townhouse right in the action of New Orleans. Walking distance to all the attractions. Host was amazing and great with communication. Had everything you could need in the house with more than enough sleeping space.

Wonderful experience

Perfect place to stay as a large group. Ample space, enough towels and toiletries. Good fridge space. Walking distance to everything (10 to 15 mins to most attractions). In the most haunted city in America seems ghost-free, which was a relief to all of our guests. :) Neighboring gas station had wonderful snacks and great slushies for mixers. Would recommend to others!

Great Host

Great place to stay, old building but well renovated. Air conditioning was perfect, very comfortable stay. A few blocks from some unsavory neighborhoods, but felt safe once we got there. The host was very transparent and helpful with weather updates following a hurricane one day before our stay. Easy walking to all of New Orleans festivities.

Worked great for a bachelor party. We walked to bourbon street each day. Had plenty of beds and towels in the bathrooms. No kitchen but had a microwave and a fridge for beer. Was perfect for our stay

Perfect spot. We had both new people to NOLA and seasoned veterans to Bourbon st. Everyone agreed this was the perfect walking location to all the fun in french quarters. Host communicated very well made and made it as easy as possible. Could probably sleep 14 but theres only two bathrooms so our 8 was just right. Great experience would love to stay in this exact spot again

A perfect spot for a French Quarter home base

We stayed here for ~4 days for a friend's get-together and had a fantastic time. The location cannot be beat, you're walking distance from everything in the French Quarter, and the property was quiet and safe through the night. Additionally, the host was very communicative and flexible to accommodate. Next time we visit New Orleans, this place will be first on our list. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
