loud noises, and other disturbances are not allowed.
This is a non-smoking community. No smoking ANYWHERE within the apartment except outside or the patio.
Smokers violating the policy will be in breach
of the house rules and immediately escorted off of the property and/or subject to a smoking fine.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
No smoking or shoes in the house, especially on the white rug ($200/day fine), no parties, or pets. No unauthorised visitors ($85/visitor fine). Door is under surveillance for everyone's safety.
Guest Responsibilities*
Keep noise levels down, respect neighbours, and report any damages. Wash dishes, remove trash, and place towels in a pile.
Early/late checkout: $45/hour (24hr notice). Contact host directly for needs. Do not move or remove any furniture from its original location. Report damages immediately.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
