No smoking or shoes in the house, especially on the white rug ($200/day fine), no parties, or pets. No unauthorised visitors ($85/visitor fine). Door is under surveillance for everyone's safety.
Guest Responsibilities*
Keep noise levels down, respect neighbours, and report any damages. Wash dishes, remove trash, and place towels in a pile.
Early/late checkout: $45/hour (24hr notice). Contact host directly for needs. Do not move or remove any furniture from its original location. Report damages immediately.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
