The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a complete bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with double bed + sofa bed with ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a utility room with washer-dryer.
A shared lake-view swimming pool (not heated) with seasonal opening from 1 June to 30 September and a large park of 2000 square metres with trees.

Its location offers spectacular views of the lake and surrounding mountains, making it an ideal destination for tourists wishing to discover the natural and historical beauty of the area. One of the most famous features of Tremezzo is Villa Carlotta, among the most famous villas on Lake Como. The village of Tremezzo has a quiet and picturesque atmosphere, with narrow streets, quiet little squares and houses in the warm colours typical of Lombard architecture. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have arrived at your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.
A bus and boat stop is 50 metres from the flat. Easy access to the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour's drive away.
