This villa, is an elegant and recently built structure in classic style, stands strikingly over the sea on a stretch of coast belonging to the Sorrento Peninsula, looking out onto the islands of “Li Galli” and the Gulf of Positano.

Li Galli is an archipelago located near Positano and the Isle of Capri.

If you’re looking to unwind and relax from your daily hustle and bustle, Villa Lamaro is an extremely tranquil spot surrounded by a fenced garden which leads to a terrace overlooking the Tyrrhanean Sea. Sitting on two levels, it is characterized by panoramic terraces, one of which is adorned by a sizable swimming pool measuring 4 x11 meters!

Architecturally speaking, the interiors are very elegant with staircases of white marble and spacious halls; the fine furnishings also include antiques. With all its accessories and amenities such as: telephone, central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, satellite TV and air conditioning in the bedrooms, Villa Lamaro is a residence of considerable prestige.

From the villa you can reach the sea via an unpaved path, down the cliffs ranging about 3km. The property is located about 7km from Sorrento, 7km from Positano and 30km from Castellammare, in the village of Colli di San Pietro, along a scenic road which leads to Positano and continues right along down the entire Amalfi Coast. It is easy to reach all of the most important central locations, or organize exciting excursions to the Island of Capri.

Ground Level: entrance with staircase in marble which leads to the first floor, living room with firerplace, dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, terrace.

First Level: 1 double bedroom with bathroom including tub; 2 double bedrooms each with private bathroom containing shower; 1 double bedroom accessed from the terrace with a third single bed and bathroom with shower; large terrace with swimming pool, sunbathing area and box shower. All of the bedrooms have access to the belvedere terrace with sea view.

Neighbourhood and transport:
Piano di Sorrento is a lovely little town 5 kms far from Sorrento.
This fantastic area offers a wide range of services, it is well connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri, Naples, that can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
The city is mostly flat, you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beaches or the port can be reached on foot or comfortably by lift.

Rental Rules:
A refundable deposit of 1000 Euros (cash) is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure after inspection takes place in case of any damage.
Check-In time from 15:00, Check-Out time by 10:00 AM.
Pets not admitted.
Swimming pool is open from 4 May to 28 Sept.

Extra costs to be paid on site (in cash):
City tax: € 4,00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards)
Weekly cleaning €300 (3 hours per day from Monday to Friday)
Final cleaning €40 per person
Electricity on consumption (about €100-200 per week)
