Newly remodeled private pool 4/2 canal waterfront home with relaxing dock, private, single family house located in East Orlando, Florida close to the University of Central Florida (UCF), Siemens, Lockheed Martin, Rollins College, Full Sail University, Central Florida Research Park, Quadrangle, major attractions such as Walt Disney World and Universal Studios and world famous beaches. Gorgeous updated kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Master suite has a door to the pool deck and an outdoor shower. Huge walk in shower and closet.
The family room area comes with a 65" Flat Panel TV, and a 42" flat panel TV is in the living room. The Master has a 32" flat panel TV.

This single story ranch house located in East Orlando is very close to the University of Central Florida (UCF), Rollins College, Valencia Community College, Winter Park, and all the major attractions, highways and beaches.

Wonderful time!

Great location, close to everything we needed it to be. Property was perfect for our needs which included visiting family in the area. Pool area was great, home was clean with plenty of room and privacy. John was a wonderful host, we are actually planning a return visit in the fall.

Baseball tournament

Our family and another traveled for a baseball tournament at Boombah Sports Complex. The property was just as listed and we had everything we needed. John, the host, was very responsive to all messages! He also left fishing rods for my boys to use while there. The kitchen was very well stocked and things such as dish detergent and hand soap was provided as well! We would recommend this property and would stay again if in the area!

Great place!

One of the cleanest and best equipped houses we’ve ever stayed at! 10/10! Our grandson even caught a good sized bass off the dock. Will definitely book again when we have another Orlando trip!

Good place to stay

We were in town for a wedding and this property met our needs. It was clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen and a great outdoor space. The owner well communicated and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay.

Lovely Stay

This is our 2nd time staying at this property because the owner is so attentive and accommodating and it’s centrally located to our family when visiting. The home is always clean and comfortable and equipped with everything we need. We would definitely stay again!

Weekend get away

Good Family Friendly Home

Our group came to Orlando to see a concert downtown and we ended up enjoying the rest of the weekend by the pool. House was large and in a quiet neighborhood.

Quiet, comfortable stay

We stayed at John’s place for a wedding weekend in Winter Park. The home is on a quiet street but convenient to grocery, restaurants, etc. Our kids loved the pool and the couches with recliners. Easy drive into Winter Park. John was easily reached with any questions, and he left a very nice welcome basket with snacks.

Great Orlando Value

This home was perfect for our theme park reunion with my adult children. It’s 30 minutes from Universal and 45 minutes from Disney— close enough to enjoy the parks and return home for dinners by the pool and canal. Host John’s welcome basket was a nice touch. Great value.

Quiet, relaxing neighborhood

We felt at home staying at this property. There were plenty of dishes for our group of 7 adults, we used the grill a couple of times and cooked breakfast for our 3-night stay. Easy access to highways, groceries, and gas stations. We would definitely stay again if we came to the area again. The Host is very responsive to questions and helping out.

Great find!

We had an amazing stay at this rental! Our group of 8 friends came to the area for Daytona Bike Week, and this home made our vacation even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind together after long days out, and also a great space to gather in the mornings before heading out. The house was very comfortable and spacious, with plenty of seating for everyone — both indoors and outdoors. The dining room table fit all 8 of us for meals, and we loved spending time on the beautiful patio and pool area, which also had a table large enough for our whole group. The home was well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!

Perfect for our purposes

Perfect for our purposes. We came to Florida for a funeral and it was ideal for spending time with our family. The house was clean and updated to today's standards. The furniture was comfortable and well made. The linens were soft, fluffy and white. The pool and patio were wonderful.

Family Trip

In town for my dad’s Memorial with extended family. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating and table space. The beds were comfortable, too! I’m a drink my coffee on the patio person and really enjoyed the pool area and dock and outdoor space. Thank you, John, for the welcome basket of snacks!

Great gathering spot!

We were in Orlando for our daughter’s college graduation. We came from PA, NJ, and CA for the occasion. The house was spotless and well-equipped, and there was even a welcome basket for us (much appreciated, John!) We enjoyed time by the pool and my husband loved sitting on the dock watching the fish. And those reclining couches are the BEST!!! If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you, John, for your hospitality!!

Great move in weekend!

We were in town to move my little brother into his dorm at UCF. The house was clean, large and close to campus as well as Disney Springs and that area. This house had a lot of special touches that made it feel like a vacation! Starting with the welcome sign, snack basket, toiletries and more. The property manager was extremely helpful during booking and throughout our stay. We caught a small bass from the dock and had a blast in the pool! It was fun and we really had a great stay! Thanks for everything!

Casa Orlando

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in this well equipped and remodeled home. The furniture throughout the home was new and all the appliances in the kitchen were up to date, including a Keurig coffeemaker. We really enjoyed the pool and the dock on the canal that led to the lake. We had a great time during the July 4th week fishing, swimming and just staying at this home. We have 3 children, 17, 11 and 2 years of age and everyone had a great time. We definitely will return to this home. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming and home owner was a pleasure to work with.
