Green Villa is a beautiful estate located in the village of Salemi in the area of Trapani, west side of Sicily.

This fantastic Villa immersed into a wonderful, well maintained Mediterranean garden offers a heated pool, all equipped with sunbeds and sun loungers, spacious terraces appointed with outdoor furniture as table and chairs for fantastic al fresco meals, as well as sitting areas all around the villa.

The layout consists of the main house and an adjoining annex, which with its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms can host up to 10 people.

The interior is cozy and lively with pastel color touches and matching curtains it gives the feeling of being part of a fairy tale surrounded by antiques and a classic style, that reflects what was the real Sicilian tradition.

Despite its traditional and almost unique style Green Villa offers all modern facilities such as AC, internet, Wi-Fi, Sat TV, washing machine, dishwasher and much more.

As you enter the main villa you will be welcomed by its fantastic lounge area with a lovely fireplace, a dining room with sitting area and just around the corner, there is a wonderful built-in kitchen well equipped, for guests in order to make fantastic home-made meals to be consumed both indoor or outdoor, and a 1 bathroom.

Moving up to the first-floor guests will find 3 romantic and well-appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom features a king size bed, the second one offers a double bed while the last one has 2 single beds. The bathrooms are one with tub and the other with shower.

The annex house offers also 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and the other with 2 singles, and 1 bathroom with shower, as well as a lovely sitting area, making this villa the perfect place for family gatherings or big group of friends.

The surrounding area, characterized by soft hills covered with vineyards and olive groves, offers numerous attractions, such as the beaches of Marsala, Scopello and Menfi, the saltpans of Trapani and Paceco, the river Belice and the Zingaro nature reserves, the medieval village of Erice, the old town centre of Trapani, the temple of Segesta and much more. A visit to Gibellina Nuova, an extraordinary open-air museum of contemporary art, is also an absolute must.
