Optional extras such as baby equipment and towels are available on request. Centrally located, the apartment is just a 4-minute walk from the beaches of Las Barcas and La Creu, both surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets. The historic ruins of Empúries are only 1.8 km away, while Montgrí Natural Park is 2 km from the property, offering scenic trails and panoramic viewpoints. Its central position makes it ideal for those wanting to explore L’Escala’s charming coastline and cultural sites without needing a car. Inside, the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and coffee maker, perfect for preparing meals. Two bathrooms with showers provide added convenience, and the apartment includes a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, and ironing facilities. Bed linen is included in the final cleaning fee, while towels and kitchen cloths can be added for a small charge. [Note: The communal swimming pool is available exclusively during July and August.]
