The large living area is cozy and well-kept, with a comfortable sofa bed, smart TV and access to the balcony, ideal for a break in the open air or to start the day with a good coffee.
The kitchen is fully equipped and integrates perfectly with the living area, creating a functional and pleasant environment.
The double bedroom is spacious and quiet, equipped with a comfortable bed and large wardrobes for a carefree stay.
For bookings of 3-4 guests you will find the double bed and the sofa bed all included in the price. If, on the other hand, there are 1-2 guests, the sofa bed will not be prepared unless you notify us in advance for 20€ for the extra linen. .
