We are delighted to welcome you to our bright and modern apartment situated in a brand new building with lift located just a few steps away from the promenade, the lagoon and the center of Lignano Sabbiadoro.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and is located on the fourth or fifth floor. You will find a modern living room with a double sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, a large fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave, two full bathrooms with a shower box, a comfortable room with a double bed, a second modern room with two single beds, three large equipped terraces with a panoramic view where you can enjoy your time during your vacation.
To ensure your best comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv-sat, security door, central heating and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.
