Ground Floor: Enter through the panoramic terrace into a bright and beautifully appointed living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Four double bedrooms—each with a private bathroom and a window to let in natural light—offer comfort and privacy.

First Floor: A graceful marble staircase leads to the master double bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace offering peaceful garden and sea views.

The Dependance: Located just steps from the pool, this exclusive suite features panoramic views, stylish lounge furniture, an en-suite bathroom, and a grand terrace—perfect for peaceful mornings or sunset aperitifs.

Breakage Deposit: €800 (refundable security deposit to cover potential damages, extra cleaning, or additional services not included in the rental price)

City Tax: €3.00 per person per day (for guests aged 18 to 75), applicable from April 1st to October 31st. Maximum charge is for 7 days.
