One bedroom apartment in beautiful Raiano in Abruzzo! Newly refurbished.

A one bedroom apartment in the small town of Raiano that is perfect for either a single person or a couple.

The building is located opposite the council offices and while not the most beautiful building in the world it means it is quiet, the only noise I have heard coming from inside is the opening and closing of the shutters!

There is going to be an electric bike rental station in the car park of the offices but as of Oct. 2025 it is not quite ready for operation yet but when it is up and running I will add a photo!

The apartment is on the second floor so expect stairs.

There is a newly fitted kitchen with built in washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, electric oven and induction hob. The bathroom has also been newly fitted with a large shower , basin, wc, bidet and towel radiator.

I have added a floor plan in the images section - It may give you a better idea of the layout than words on their own can.

Raiano is a small town but has most amenities, there are 2 supermarkets (not big but they both have a good range of produce), bars, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, post office, petrol station, butchers and bakers . I don't think there is a candlestick maker but you get the idea!

The train station is a 10-15 minute walk away where you can get trains to Rome, Pescara etc although you may have to change at Sulmona. It is best to download the 'Trenitalia' App and then you can see the timetable and buy tickets.

Parking is available outside on the street but personally I just use a bike and the train and haven't found a car necessary although it will depend on what you want to and where you want to go during your visit.
