Townhouse to stay in downtown Lourdes near sanctuaries.

House for rent only and which is not a main residence. House renovated nine in 2013 located in the city center 800 meters from the sanctuaries, in a private garden, very quiet (not overlooked on the street) with possibility of garage. Ground floor with an equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher), a living room (possibility for an extra-bed for deasabled person), a bathroom with shower and equipment for the disabled. One floor with a double bedroom 140 cm, a bedroom with double bed 140 cm and 2 twin beds 90 cm, a bathroom with bath and shower. Free WIFI.

From the moment we walked in, we were in love! The place is bright with lots of space and natural light, yet cozy. The outdoor space is so inviting we didn’t want to leave. Christian was an awesome host, helping us with information for our onward travel assis

Fantastic property that made a great base for our cycling holiday in Lourdes. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking all meals with a very spacious dining and living area which was a great place to relax. Upstairs the bedrooms were comfortable for us and the house has two bathrooms. It also has a lovely garden which was a real plus and a secure garden outbuilding where we could sore our bikes. It was very peaceful and quiet but also just a short walk to the high street where there were some bakeries and supermarkets nearby. The Basilica was a bit further away. We really enjoyed our stay here and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Great house and garden in perfect location for visiting Lourdes. Two large bedroom and great to have 2 bathrooms with showers and a bath. Our little dog loved have the garden as did we. There were a few issues with a broken oven handle and a few chipped plates etc. But Christian knows about this and it is to be repaired. Could do with an oven glove and a pair of scissors. Would certainly recommend to anyone staying for a few nights great to have secure parking, we would happily stay there again. Christian was a lovely host.

Disappointing

The property has not been maintained or checked for cleanliness prior to occupation. Mould on surface of dinner plates, bowls requiring cleaning prior to use. Strong odor of urine in living room, dank smell from kitchen drain, mold . At check-in we were told to purchase our own toilet paper! No paper towels either.Mosquito infested outdoor sitting area precluded its use and no screens on any windows or doors.

Indeed, the problem of mosquitoes in the summer is quite recent in the region. We have not yet equipped our windows with mosquito nets, but it is a proposal that we are taking into account.

C'est la 3 ème fois que nous revenons dans cette maison.......et donc trés satisfait. Trés spacieuse, trés bien équipée et trés bien située ( 5 minutes à pieds du centre de Lourdes et 15 minutes du sanctuaire).Jardin agréable et parking fermé.Suivi à l'arrivée, en cours de séjour, et au départ de M. Super Wohnung in Lourdes. Sauber und gross genug für unsere 5 Köpfige Familie. In der Wohnung fanden wir alles für das tägliche Wohnen ( Spülmaschinen Tabs, Waschmittel, Toilettenpapier, Seife, Gewürzen, usw.). Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Christian ist super nett! Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen alles fußläufig erreichbar.Wir empfehlen die Wohnung definitiv weiter.

La ville de Lourdes ne nous a pas charmé. Par contre les environs ,c'était magnifique .La cirque de Gavarnie est a voir ainsi que le lac de Gobe et le pont d'Espagne

Très bon séjour

Jolie maison à proximité du sanctuaire. Environ 10mn à pied. Maison spacieuse pour accueillir 6 personnes. On peut garer la voiture dans l'allée du jardin avec un portail fermé. Joli jardin pour se détendre. Tout se fait à pied. Bonne communication avec M.Desmales, il est arrangeant pour l'arrivée et le départ. Une adresse que nous gardons pour un prochain voyage.
