From the external covered terrace we enter inside, the spaces are really comfortable and air conditioned, a spacious and sumptuous living room with an huge fireplace, cozy sofas, table and chairs for the dinners inside with a nice view on the garden, the pool table, for movie lovers a projection room with cinema screen , comfortable cushions where to watch your favorites movies together.
Villa Portraits has its own Spa with indoor heated pool (heating is extra), 6x3 meters, the steam room and a massage table, the guests will relax completely in this unique spaces, on the basement there is the fitness room with technogym cardio and bodybuilding equipment.

The property offers 6 spacious and very well decorated bedrooms, spread on the ground and first floor, with private bathroom, dressing room and the direct access to the garden, they are composed as follow:
Room 1 with a double bed of 160cm configurable in twin beds.
Room 2 with a double bed of 180 cm
Room 3 with a double bed of 180 cm and a beautiful fireplace
These rooms are located on the ground floor, moving upstairs the other 3 rooms with a direct access to the external terrace.
Room 4 and 5 are equal with a double bed 180 cm
Room 6 with a double bed and its own fireplace.

The guests will appreciate the domestic staff at disposal, with their own entrance and accommodation,a cook and maids, they will prepare all the meals during the stays, with a “No Stress” formula is possible to have a package service that includes: 3 meals per day at cost of € 40 per person per day and New Year and Christmas dinner for €45. Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
