Viale Mezzetti - 1.3 by Ospitaci
In a strategic area of the city, close to the train station, the Army Selection Center, close to the city center and with free parking 300 meters away
Two-room apartments on the first and second floors, comfortable and bright. In the living areas in addition to kitchens complete with accessories, dishes, tableware and cooking basics (oil, salt, sugar and coffee), we find tables with chairs and a single sofa bed.
Night Zone
The sleeping areas consist of rooms with double beds (or single beds). Bathrooms are equipped with shower, bidet, and guest toiletries.
Amenities
Guests can use the washing machine and clothesline located on the building's solar slab. Some apartments are reserved for nonsmokers, and all are equipped with wifi and television. Hairdryers, towels and bed linen are also provided for the duration of your stay. The houses remain completely at your disposal. We are pleased to welcome you to clean and comfortable surroundings, whether you are traveling for business or pleasure. You are welcome along with your four-legged friends.
City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 4 nights
Extra: PET FRIENDLY € 15,00 Per pet (upon request) from 01/12/2026 until 31/12/2027
