It is on the 3rd floor of an apartment block that does not have a lift. The fully equipped kitchen leads onto a pretty outdoor atrium terrace with seating and lighting. The kitchen has a new Bosch range of microwave, oven, induction hob, full-height fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room housing the washer/dryer.
The bathroom has a large shower and vanity unit with a lit mirror, WC and bidet. There is an above average sized 80L water heater.
The light and airy living area has an abundance of natural light from newly-installed atrium double glazed windows, a huge corner sofa for relaxing, a wifi TV, and a leaf-drop table and chairs for mealtimes.
The master bedroom 1 has a massive 180x200cm super king size high quality bed, a 44-inch wall-mounted wifi TV and an enormous wardrobe with full length mirror.
There is not a private parking space with the flat but there are many multi-storey carparks very nearby.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and optional extra single bed, stored in the double divan bed. Bedroom 2 also has it's own pretty balcony with outdoor lighting. There is also a triple-door wardrobe with full length mirror.
USB charging points are provided by the bedsides, and touch-sensitive bedside lamps. Due to the island's consistent climate, there is no air-conditioning or heating in the flat, however, there is a large fan provided, duvets and over-sheets.
The entire flat is newly refurbished (2019) including new electrics/plumbing, kitchen, bathroom, high-spec noise reducing double-glazed multi-directional windows and external blackout roller shutters for privacy/extra noise reduction as well as all furnishings. A generous amount of power sockets have been added in all rooms.
There is newly-installed dimmable lighting throughout, including atmospheric outdoor lighting on both the atrium terrace and bedroom 2 balcony.
